Buenos Aires, 12.12.2023.<\/strong> \u2013 Der argentinische Dampferverband Asovape Argentina und die World Vapers' Alliance haben eine offener Brief<\/a> an den Pr\u00e4sidenten von Argentinien, Javier Milei, mit der Aufforderung zur Aufhebung der ANMAT-Verwaltungsbestimmung, die den Handel mit E-Zigaretten verbietet.<\/p>\n

Bestimmung 3226\/2011<\/a> Die Nationale Arzneimittel-, Lebensmittel- und Medizintechnikbeh\u00f6rde (ANMAT) verbot am 6. Mai 2011 die Einfuhr, den Vertrieb, das Marketing, die Werbung und die Verkaufsf\u00f6rderung von E-Zigaretten.<\/p>\n

Die unterzeichnenden Verb\u00e4nde erl\u00e4utern in dem Schreiben, dass zahlreiche seit Inkrafttreten des Verbots durchgef\u00fchrte Studien das deutlich geringere Risikoprofil und die N\u00fctzlichkeit dieser Ger\u00e4te zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung sowie das geringe Gesundheitsrisiko von Nikotin belegt haben. Sie argumentieren zudem, dass das Verbot mit der Achtung der individuellen Freiheit argentinischer Erwachsener und dem Recht auf freie Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsentwicklung, Information und Gesundheit von Nutzern und Rauchern unvereinbar sei.<\/p>\n

Juan Facundo Teme, Pr\u00e4sident des argentinischen Dampferverbands Asovape Argentina, kommentierte:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDas Verbot verst\u00f6\u00dft gegen die Rechte und Freiheiten argentinischer Erwachsener und sollte aufgehoben werden.\u201c. <\/em><\/strong>Der Staat hat den Argentiniern nicht vorzuschreiben, wie sie Nikotin konsumieren sollen, und sollte die Entscheidung derjenigen respektieren, die dampfen, um Nikotin auf eine weniger sch\u00e4dliche Weise zu konsumieren. Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Policy Manager der World Vapers' Alliance, kommentierte:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cArgentinien geh\u00f6rt zu den L\u00e4ndern mit den restriktivsten Gesetzen zum Dampfen in der gesamten Region und hat folglich eine der h\u00f6chsten Raucherquoten. Es steht an zweiter Stelle hinter Chile, das erst k\u00fcrzlich ein Gesetz zur Regulierung des Dampfens verabschiedet hat, um Erwachsenen die Nutzung zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung zu erm\u00f6glichen.\u201c,<\/strong> Wie auch Brasilien daran arbeitet.
