Darauf folgte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2023\/10\/19\/is-the-european-commission-playing-dirty-to-push-its-nicotine-pouches-ban-agenda\/\">Beweis<\/a> dass die Kommission betr\u00fcgerisch handelt, indem sie plant, die parlamentarische und \u00f6ffentliche Kontrolle zu umgehen, solche Angelegenheiten w\u00e4hrend der COP-10-Konferenz in Panama im Geheimen zu regeln und sie dann dem Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament als beschlossene Sache vorzulegen<\/p>\n<p>Bulgarien, die Tschechische Republik, Zypern, Griechenland, Italien, Rum\u00e4nien und die Slowakei haben eine gemeinsame Erkl\u00e4rung ver\u00f6ffentlicht, in der sie den Wechsel der Kommission vom \u00fcblichen konsensbasierten Ansatz zur Nutzung <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A12008E218\">Artikel 218 Absatz 9 AEUV<\/a>.
