Unter anderem wurden \u00e4therische \u00d6le vorgeschlagen. Und obwohl der Artikel davor warnt, bei der Verwendung dieser \u00d6le \u00e4u\u00dferste Vorsicht walten zu lassen, <\/span>Die Dampfer-Community nahm X begeistert auf., <\/span>fr\u00fcher <\/span><\/i><\/a>Twitter, <\/span><\/i>Ich m\u00f6chte alle Leser dieses Artikels davor warnen, dieses riskante Experiment auszuprobieren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warum also raten wir so vehement davon ab, dieses sogenannte \u201ctherapeutische Dampferlebnis\u201d auszuprobieren?<\/span><\/p>\n

Das Verdampfen von \u00e4therischen \u00d6len kann gef\u00e4hrlich sein und wird aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden dringend abgeraten:<\/span><\/p>\n
