August<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Im Jahr 2023 verschickte die FDA weitere Warnbriefe an Online-H\u00e4ndler.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> wegen des Verkaufs und\/oder Vertriebs nicht autorisierter E-Zigarettenprodukte, die so verpackt sind, dass sie wie jugendfreundliche Figuren, Schulbedarf, Spielzeug und Getr\u00e4nke aussehen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">#1 auf ihrer Liste? Spongebob. Ja, du hast richtig gelesen: Spongebob.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich stimme zwar zu, dass E-Zigarettenprodukte nat\u00fcrlich nicht nach dem Vorbild von Zeichentrickfiguren aus der Kindheit gestaltet werden sollten, aber ich kann nicht umhin, der FDA die Schuld daf\u00fcr zu geben, dass dieses Produkt \u00fcberhaupt auf den Markt gekommen ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die meisten verantwortungsbewussten H\u00e4ndler sind durchaus bereit, die Regeln und Vorschriften einzuhalten, um ihre Produkte weiterhin auf dem Markt und in den H\u00e4nden ihrer erwachsenen Kunden zu halten. Wir bei Ecig Charleston haben unsere Verpackung auf schlichtes Schwarz-Wei\u00df mit minimalen Farbakzenten umgestellt, um Menthol-, Tabak- und Fruchtaromen zu unterscheiden. Trotzdem erhielten wir eine Verwarnung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn verantwortungsvollen Einzelh\u00e4ndlern jedoch die Zulassung f\u00fcr diese Produkte verweigert wird, entsteht ein illegaler Markt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Verbot f\u00fcr legale Hersteller und H\u00e4ndler in den USA hat ein ziemliches Chaos verursacht. Und obwohl ich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig lokale Vape-Shops besuche, die viele illegale Artikel f\u00fchren, habe ich dort noch nie einen dieser Artikel zum Verkauf gesehen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um den Verdacht hinsichtlich der Echtheit dieser Produkte zu best\u00e4tigen, beschlossen einige meiner Freunde, der Sache genauer nachzugehen. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EdwardHubert4\/status\/1694091341666378123?s=20\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edward Hubert wandte sich an den Textmarker-Vape.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Das Unternehmen best\u00e4tigte, dass es diese Artikel nicht in den USA verkauft.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das erschien Leuten wie mir auch etwas seltsam.<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PositiveEnerG\/status\/1694388721380974915?s=20\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Brian Fojtik, der antwortete:,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cIch wollte nur sagen, dass ich seit \u00fcber einem Jahrzehnt dampfe, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig online einkaufe und mich die ganze Zeit \u00fcber in diesem Bereich engagiert habe. Abgesehen von Pressemitteilungen zur Tabakkontrolle sehe ich diese Produkte nie angeboten, erh\u00e4ltlich oder benutzt.
