\u201cEs ist zwar wichtig, die Sicherheit und korrekte Kennzeichnung von Nikotinprodukten zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, aber ebenso wichtig ist es, \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Regulierungen zu vermeiden, die die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Produkten zur Schadensminderung f\u00fcr Raucher, die von herk\u00f6mmlichen Zigaretten wegkommen wollen, behindern k\u00f6nnten.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Die vorgeschlagenen \u00c4nderungen mit einem maximalen Nikotingehalt von 17 mg pro Konsumeinheit spiegeln einen Ansatz wider, der die Attraktivit\u00e4t von Nikotinbeuteln f\u00fcr Raucher, die nach Alternativen suchen, unbeabsichtigt einschr\u00e4nken k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus \u00e4u\u00dfert die WVA Bedenken hinsichtlich der potenziellen Auswirkungen der im Dekretentwurf vorgeschlagenen \u00c4nderungen der Vorschriften f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten. \u201cWir appellieren an die ungarische Regierung, die Realit\u00e4t anzuerkennen: Schadensminderung wirkt! Schweden wird dieses Jahr dank eines verbraucherfreundlichen Ansatzes zur Schadensminderung das erste rauchfreie Land. Es ist h\u00f6chste Zeit, aus den schwedischen Erfahrungen zu lernen und dadurch Tausende ungarische Leben zu retten. Mit einem intelligenten Ansatz zur Schadensminderung kann auch Ungarn rauchfrei werden.\u201d<\/em>, f\u00fcgte Landl hinzu.<\/p>\n

Die Stillhaltefrist f\u00fcr die Pr\u00fcfung und den Einspruch durch die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission und die Mitgliedstaaten endet am 8. November 2023. Danach kann die ungarische Regierung die vorgeschlagenen Verordnungen erlassen.
