Von besorgten Familienmitgliedern und Freunden und von Menschen, die mir fast t\u00e4glich sagten, dass ich w\u00fcsste, dass Zigaretten t\u00f6dlich sind und dass ich mein Leben verk\u00fcrze, wenn ich nicht aufh\u00f6re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mein Blutgerinnsel hat mein Leben ver\u00e4ndert. Ich musste st\u00e4ndig einen Spritzenbeh\u00e4lter bei mir tragen, da ich mir alle zw\u00f6lf Stunden p\u00fcnktlich die verschriebenen Lovenox-Spritzen geben musste. Diese Spritzen m\u00fcssen nur wenige Zentimeter vom Bauchnabel entfernt gesetzt werden und tun h\u00f6llisch weh. Au\u00dferdem verursacht das Medikament, da es das Blut verd\u00fcnnt, bei der Injektion blaue Flecken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mein Bauch sah aus wie eine schwarz-blaue Dartscheibe. Jeden Morgen, wenn ich in den Spiegel schaute, war es eine schmerzhafte Erinnerung. Meine Entscheidung zu rauchen war der Grund f\u00fcr diese Situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich habe jede einzelne Option ausprobiert, die mein Arzt empfohlen hat. Nichts hat geholfen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und ratet mal, was ich getan habe? Ich habe geraucht. Meine Sucht hatte mich so fest im Griff, dass ich gezwungen war, meine Gesundheit weiter zu riskieren, obwohl ich buchst\u00e4blich der lebende Beweis daf\u00fcr war, warum ich aufh\u00f6ren sollte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Warum bin ich also frustriert?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie ich bereits erw\u00e4hnte, erz\u00e4hlen Bef\u00fcrworter von E-Zigaretten nur allzu gern ihre Geschichten. Diese werden oft als Anekdoten abgetan. Doch wann werden Anekdoten zu realen Daten? Ein oder zwei Geschichten, okay, das m\u00f6gen Anekdoten sein. Aber wenn man Tausende und Abertausende von Geschichten ehemaliger Raucher hat, die tats\u00e4chlich aufgeh\u00f6rt haben, dann sind das eindeutig Daten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uns wird gesagt, dass anekdotische Beweise auf individuellen Berichten und nicht auf verl\u00e4sslichen Forschungsergebnissen oder Statistiken beruhen und daher m\u00f6glicherweise nicht g\u00fcltig sind.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doch auch anekdotische Belege k\u00f6nnen das Bild vervollst\u00e4ndigen. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anekdotische Belege<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0kann ein wichtiger Indikator f\u00fcr die Notwendigkeit weiterer Studien sein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meiner Meinung nach ist es an der Zeit, dass die Gesundheitsbeh\u00f6rden diese Geschichten zur Kenntnis nehmen. Die THR-Community wird nicht aufgeben, und es ist falsch, all diese Erwachsenen mit ihren beeindruckenden Erfolgsgeschichten beim Rauchstopp zu ignorieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Diese Geschichten verdienen es, geh\u00f6rt, verstanden und als reale Daten in politische Entscheidungen einbezogen zu werden. Jeden Tag sterben Menschen an Krankheiten, die mit dem Rauchen zusammenh\u00e4ngen.
