Die World Vapers' Alliance (WVA), eine globale Interessenvertretung f\u00fcr die Rechte von Dampfern, pr\u00e4sentierte eine 7-Schritte-Plan<\/u><\/a> Die portugiesische Regierung soll den Tabakkonsum bek\u00e4mpfen.<\/p>\n

Da die bevorstehende Aktualisierung der EU-Tabakproduktrichtlinie und die Umsetzung des portugiesischen Plans zur Krebspr\u00e4vention (ENLCC) die Strategie zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Tabakkonsums in Portugal bestimmen werden, hat die WVA zusammen mit ihren portugiesischen Partnern Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Vaporizadores (APORVAP) und Ohms do Vapor den politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern eine Reihe von Empfehlungen zur F\u00f6rderung der Schadensminderung als Teil der portugiesischen Strategie zur Krebspr\u00e4vention vorgelegt.<\/p>\n

Der 7-Punkte-Plan enth\u00e4lt folgende Empfehlungen:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Portugals klares Bekenntnis zum Konzept der Tabakschadensminderung.<\/li>\n
  2. F\u00f6rderung des Dampfens als Hilfsmittel zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung.<\/li>\n
  3. Das Dampfen soll von den Bestimmungen f\u00fcr rauchfreie Bereiche ausgenommen werden.<\/li>\n
  4. Verzichten Sie auf h\u00f6here Steuern auf E-Zigarettenprodukte und senken Sie die \u00fcberh\u00f6hte Besteuerung von E-Liquids so schnell wie m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n
  5. Geschmacksverbote ablehnen und die Wahl des Nikotingehalts bei E-Zigarettenfl\u00fcssigkeiten nicht einschr\u00e4nken.<\/li>\n
  6. Das Dampfen sollte Erwachsenen weiterhin zug\u00e4nglich bleiben, gleichzeitig sollten aber Altersbeschr\u00e4nkungen durchgesetzt werden, um den Konsum durch Jugendliche zu verhindern.<\/li>\n
