Die portugiesische Generaldirektion f\u00fcr Gesundheit hat k\u00fcrzlich Folgendes ver\u00f6ffentlicht: <\/span>Nationale Strategie zur Bek\u00e4mpfung von Krebs 2021\u20132030<\/span><\/a>. Eines der Hauptziele ist es, die Pr\u00e4valenz des Tabakkonsums bis 2025 auf unter 141 TP4T und bis 2030 auf unter 101 TP4T zu senken. Der Plan ignoriert jedoch s\u00e4mtliche wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse und verschweigt die Rolle, die das Dampfen bei der Raucherentw\u00f6hnung spielen kann!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Um <\/span>In Portugal k\u00f6nnten eine halbe Million Leben gerettet werden.<\/span><\/a> Wenn Gesetzgeber intelligente Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Tabakschadensminderung, wie sie beispielsweise im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich Anwendung finden, einf\u00fchren w\u00fcrden, w\u00e4re dies von Vorteil. Das Dampfen hat sich als sch\u00e4dlich erwiesen. <\/span>95% \u2013 eine weniger sch\u00e4dliche Alternative zum Rauchen<\/span><\/a>, und es ist fast <\/span>doppelt so wirksam wie Nikotinersatztherapien<\/span><\/a>, Produkte wie Nikotinpflaster und -kaugummi k\u00f6nnen Rauchern beim Aufh\u00f6ren helfen. Ihr Potenzial, portugiesischen Rauchern zu einem ges\u00fcnderen Lebensstil zu verhelfen, kann durch evidenzbasierte Regulierungen voll ausgesch\u00f6pft werden, die das Dampfen g\u00fcnstig, sicher und f\u00fcr Raucher zug\u00e4nglich halten. In diesem Plan sollte das Dampfen als Teil der L\u00f6sung und nicht als Teil des Problems betrachtet werden!<\/span><\/p>\n

Trotz allem ignorieren portugiesische Politiker wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse und die Erfahrungen von Millionen von Konsumenten, die dank E-Zigaretten bereits mit dem Rauchen aufgeh\u00f6rt haben. Der Plan behandelt E-Zigaretten wie Tabak und droht, sie nach denselben Gesetzen zu behandeln. Dazu geh\u00f6ren unter anderem Preiserh\u00f6hungen f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten, versch\u00e4rfte Verkaufsbedingungen (m\u00f6glicherweise sogar ein Verbot des Online-Verkaufs?) und m\u00f6glicherweise ein Verbot von Aromen! Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen w\u00fcrden viele Dampfer zur\u00fcck zum Rauchen oder auf den Schwarzmarkt treiben, was zu einer Verschlechterung der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit und einem Anstieg der Krebsf\u00e4lle f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde.<\/span><\/p>\n
