Die Umfrage fragte die Bev\u00f6lkerung, ob sie einem Verbot von aromatisierten E-Liquids f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten (auch bekannt als Vape-Aromen) zustimme, und die \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Antwort lautete NEIN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Von den 757 Einsendungen, die am <a href=\"https:\/\/www.internetconsultatie.nl\/smaakjes\/reageren\">offizielle Website<\/a>, 746 (98.54%) sprachen sich gegen das Verbot aus, wobei 9 Eintr\u00e4ge ung\u00fcltig waren und nur zwei Eingaben den Vorschlag der Regierung unterst\u00fctzten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Konsultation, die urspr\u00fcnglich heute (19. Januar) enden sollte, wurde aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Nachfrage bis zum 2. Februar verl\u00e4ngert, wie es in einer soeben auf der Website der Regierung ver\u00f6ffentlichten Erkl\u00e4rung hei\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl, Direktor der World Vapers&#039; Alliance, kommentierte die Konsultation wie folgt:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIch freue mich sehr, dass Vernunft und Logik gesiegt haben. Die 9814 Eingaben gegen das Aromenverbot senden eine eindeutige Botschaft an die Regierung: Es ist an der Zeit, diese schreckliche Idee zu verwerfen und nach vorn zu blicken. Aus Respekt vor den B\u00fcrgern und auf Grundlage wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse ist die Aufhebung des Aromenverbots der einzig gangbare Weg. Alles andere w\u00e4re eine Schande.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Der Vorschlag, Aromen in E-Zigaretten in den Niederlanden zu verbieten, hat eine \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigende Reaktion hervorgerufen, da er eine unausgereifte und schlechte L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr ein nicht existierendes Problem darstellt. In den Niederlanden dampfen 3,114 Milliarden Erwachsene. Hauptmotivation f\u00fcr den Konsum von E-Zigaretten ist die Reduzierung des Rauchens. Fast drei Viertel (544) aller bisher eingegangenen Stellungnahmen zur Konsultation nennen die Raucherentw\u00f6hnung als Grund gegen ein Verbot von Aromen! Das geplante Verbot w\u00fcrde fast 260.000 niederl\u00e4ndische Dampfer dem Risiko aussetzen, wieder mit dem Rauchen anzufangen. Dies h\u00e4tte verheerende gesundheitliche Folgen f\u00fcr die gesamte niederl\u00e4ndische Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl f\u00fcgte hinzu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie zweite Verl\u00e4ngerung der Konsultationsphase zeigt einerseits, dass der gesamte Prozess von Anfang an fehlerhaft war, andererseits aber auch, dass der Druck von Dampfern an der Basis politische Ver\u00e4nderungen bewirken kann. Das ist ermutigend, aber der Kampf ist noch nicht vorbei. Wir m\u00fcssen den Druck aufrechterhalten, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gesetzgeber das Verbot nicht zu einem sp\u00e4teren Zeitpunkt durchsetzen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aromen sind unerl\u00e4sslich, da sie die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Rauchstopps im Vergleich zu alkoholfreien E-Zigaretten mehr als verdoppeln. Ein Verbot von Aromen w\u00fcrde Dampfer lediglich zum R\u00fcckfall ins Rauchen verleiten und Raucher vom Aufh\u00f6ren abhalten. Dampfen hat weltweit Millionen von Menschen geholfen, mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren, und ist deutlich weniger sch\u00e4dlich als Zigaretten.
