Bas ist Ihre Vaping-Geschichte?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Meine Mutter war starke Raucherin, ebenso wie viele ihrer Freundinnen. Irgendwann bekam sie ein Lungenemphysem. Vier bis f\u00fcnf Jahre lang sah ich, wie sie darunter litt. Sie war schlie\u00dflich auf Sauerstoff angewiesen, bis sie das Haus nicht mehr verlie\u00df. Keine Familienausfl\u00fcge mehr, kein Einkaufen mit Mutter und Tochter, keine Familienurlaube mehr. Dann bekam sie Herzprobleme, wir landeten jeden Monat im Krankenhaus, manchmal war sie eine Woche dort, manchmal zwei Wochen. Es wurde immer schlimmer. Eines Morgens fanden wir meine Mutter im Schlaf an Herzversagen gestorben. Das hat uns auseinandergerissen. Sie war erst 59 Jahre alt.<\/p>\n

Ich habe im zarten Alter von 16 Jahren mit dem Rauchen angefangen. Ich war einer von denen, die das Rauchen \u201egenossen\u201c. Man konnte mir nie sagen, dass es schlecht f\u00fcr mich sei, ich habe es immer verteidigt. Als ich \u00e4lter wurde, merkte ich, dass ich oft krank wurde, und jedes Mal war es Bronchitis. Mit 43 Jahren rauchte ich stark, etwa 30 Zigaretten pro Tag.<\/p>\n

Ich habe versucht, aufzuh\u00f6ren. Von heute auf morgen, dann Nikotinpflaster, nichts hat geholfen. Eines Tages kam mein Mann mit einer Mod (elektronische Zigarette) nach Hause und sagte mir, er w\u00fcrde mit dem Rauchen aufh\u00f6ren. Ich sagte ihm, er h\u00e4tte nur Geld verschwendet. Gleich am n\u00e4chsten Tag h\u00f6rte er mit dem Rauchen auf, und ich dachte nicht, dass es von Dauer sein w\u00fcrde. Irgendwann, nachdem er drei Jahre lang gedampft hatte, dachte ich, ich sollte dieses \u201eDampf-Ding\u201c mal ausprobieren und sehen. Ich besorgte mir ein kleines Pod-System und etwas E-Liquid mit schwarzen Johannisbeeren und probierte es aus. Ein paar Tage lang war ich eine Doppelnutzerin und dann beschloss ich, mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren. Es war sehr schwierig, aber mit Hilfe meines kleinen Pods schaffte ich es. Zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter bin ich rauchfrei und es war die beste Entscheidung, die ich je getroffen habe.<\/p>\n

Wie hat das Dampfen Ihr Leben ver\u00e4ndert?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In erster Linie hat mich das Dampfen ges\u00fcnder gemacht als zu der Zeit, als ich noch Zigaretten geraucht habe. In zwei Jahren hatte ich nichts Schlimmeres als eine Erk\u00e4ltung, und selbst dann ist sie nach ein paar Tagen wieder weg. Ich kann Essen schmecken, ich rieche besser, ich schlafe besser. Im Allgemeinen f\u00fchle ich mich einfach viel besser und ges\u00fcnder. Ich wei\u00df, dass Dampfen nicht 100%-sicher ist, aber es ist eine viel ges\u00fcndere Alternative zu Zigaretten.<\/p>\n

Ich habe in dieser Branche auch so viele Gleichgesinnte kennengelernt, Menschen mit einem gemeinsamen Ziel, Menschen, die anderen Rauchern beibringen wollen, umzusteigen. Ich habe das Gef\u00fchl, einen Sinn zu haben. Es ist lange her, dass ich eine solche Leidenschaft f\u00fcr etwas hatte. Die Community ist \u00e4u\u00dferst hilfsbereit, sie sind bereit zu helfen und Ratschl\u00e4ge zu geben. Ich liebe es, Teil dieser weltweiten Community zu sein.<\/p>\n

Wie war Ihre Erfahrung mit der WVA Academy? Was haben Sie gelernt?<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Weltweit gibt es ein gemeinsames Ziel. Mit WVA haben wir eine Stimme. Wir k\u00e4mpfen alle f\u00fcr denselben Kampf. Ich habe gelernt, wie wichtig F\u00fcrsprache ist, wie wichtig es ist, Menschen in der eigenen Gruppe zu haben. Wie wichtig es ist, nicht aufzugeben, wie wichtig es ist, diesen Kampf weiter zu f\u00fchren und wie wichtig es ist, sich als Team zu engagieren. Ich habe alle Redner, alle Ratschl\u00e4ge und das gesamte Material, das uns zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt wurde, wirklich genossen.<\/p>\n

Warum ist es Ihrer Meinung nach wichtig, f\u00fcr das Dampfen einzutreten?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es gibt so viele falsche Ger\u00fcchte und falsche Informationen \u00fcber das Dampfen, und das f\u00fchrt dazu, dass die Leute s\u00fcchtig nach Zigaretten bleiben, anstatt Informationen zu haben, um eine fundierte Entscheidung \u00fcber ihre Gesundheit zu treffen und auf eine ges\u00fcndere Alternative umzusteigen.
