Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden diese Ma\u00dfnahmen viele in den illegalen Markt treiben.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Zum Gl\u00fcck k\u00f6nnen wir uns wehren, falls die Gesetzgeber nicht handeln. Bis zum 26. November k\u00f6nnen Dampfer und ihre Unterst\u00fctzer eine Petition zur Aufhebung des Gesetzes unterzeichnen, bis die Bev\u00f6lkerung dar\u00fcber abstimmen kann, ob es beibehalten werden soll oder nicht. Die derzeit laufende Volksinitiative zur Aufhebung des Verbots ben\u00f6tigt 623.312 Unterschriften. Sollte diese Zahl erreicht werden, w\u00fcrde das Gesetz zur Beendigung des Verkaufs von aromatisierten Tabakprodukten nicht wie geplant am 1. Januar des n\u00e4chsten Jahres in Kraft treten.
