{"id":1260,"date":"2020-10-22T21:27:12","date_gmt":"2020-10-23T01:27:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=1260"},"modified":"2022-05-10T08:06:09","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T12:06:09","slug":"wvas-official-response-to-the-scheer-consultation-setting-the-facts-straight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/de_au\/wvas-official-response-to-the-scheer-consultation-setting-the-facts-straight\/","title":{"rendered":"Offizielle Stellungnahme der WVA zur SCHEER-Konsultation: Darstellung der Fakten \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"block-fbcdd4b0bd7e4d3febd4\" class=\"sqs-block html-block sqs-block-html\" data-block-type=\"2\">\n<div id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1608154050946_467\" class=\"sqs-block-content\">\n<p id=\"yui_3_17_2_1_1608154050946_466\" class=\"\">Letzten Monat ver\u00f6ffentlichte der EU-Ausschuss SCHEER eine \u201cvorl\u00e4ufige Stellungnahme zu E-Zigaretten\u201d, die vor einseitigen Argumenten gegen das Dampfen nur so strotzt, wichtige Fakten zum Dampfen ausl\u00e4sst und jeglichen Vergleich mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Zigaretten vermeidet. Wie ich bereits im September in diesem Blog anmerkte, wurde der Bericht, der die k\u00fcnftige Strategie der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission zum Thema Dampfen beeinflussen soll, aufgrund seiner Haltung zum Dampfen \u2013 und das zu Recht \u2013 vielfach kritisiert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Wie es ihre Pflicht ist, hat die SCHEER die wissenschaftliche Gemeinschaft und die relevanten Interessengruppen um R\u00fcckmeldungen zu ihrer vorl\u00e4ufigen Stellungnahme gebeten. Als Stimme von 19 Verb\u00e4nden weltweit, die Zehntausende von Dampfern vertreten, sind wir \u00fcberzeugt, dass unsere Stimme in dieser Debatte Gewicht hat \u2013 insbesondere, weil die Konsultation so gestaltet ist, dass es Einzelpersonen erschwert wird, ihre Erfahrungen oder Aussagen einzureichen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Daher sind wir als Verbraucherorganisation der Ansicht, dass es unsere Verantwortung und Pflicht gegen\u00fcber allen Dampfern ist, die auf unseren Schutz ihrer Rechte vertrauen, die Angelegenheit richtigzustellen. Unsere Stellungnahme zur Konsultation wurde offiziell am 21.
