I stedet ser det ud til, at det cypriotiske formandskab flytter skattesatserne op og ned p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af produktkategorier blot for at finde en aftale, som alle medlemsstater kan acceptere.<\/p>\n<p>Dette er den seneste i en r\u00e6kke \u00e6ndringer, siden Kommissionen f\u00f8rst offentliggjorde sit forslag, og der er aldrig givet nogen teknisk begrundelse for de gentagne \u00e6ndringer i satserne.
