Med denne &quot;mindre skade, mindre beskatning&quot;-logik b\u00f8r br\u00e6ndbare cigaretter have den h\u00f8jeste skattebyrde, mens alternativer med lavere risiko ikke b\u00f8r beskattes p\u00e5 samme niveau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u201c&quot;Dette er et klart budskab indefra EU om, at skatter skal afspejle forskelle i skadevirkninger.
