CANBERRA, 13. februar 2026<\/strong>\u2013 World Vapers' Alliance (WVA) har officielt indsendt sine beviser til Senatets Referenceudvalg for Juridiske og Konstitutionelle Anliggender og advarer om, at Australiens restriktive vapinglove er den prim\u00e6re drivkraft bag landets eskalerende illegale tobaks- og nikotinkrise.<\/p>\n

I indl\u00e6gget argumenterer WVA for, at den nuv\u00e6rende receptpligtige model har skabt et massivt regulatorisk vakuum. I stedet for at reducere rygning har det de facto forbud mod vaping-produkter til forbrugere overdraget total markedskontrol til transnationale organiserede kriminelle syndikater. Dette skift har f\u00f8rt til en stigning i ulovlig handel, tab af skatteindt\u00e6gter og en b\u00f8lge af vold i lokalsamfundet, herunder h\u00f8jprofilerede brandbomber og raids i detailhandlen.<\/p>\n
