Samtidig forblev en r\u00e6kke indflydelsesrige stater engagerede i traditionelle restriktive modeller, is\u00e6r Brasilien, Indien og Danmark, hvilket understreger en stadig mere synlig global kl\u00f8ft.<\/p>\n<p>Beviserne fra den virkelige verden forts\u00e6tter med at hobe sig op.
