Ved at betegne skadesreduktion som en fort\u00e6lling om tobaksindustrien, afviser de gennempr\u00f8vede l\u00f8sninger og bringer millioner af eksrygere til tavshed, hvis liv er blevet forbedret takket v\u00e6re sikrere alternativer. Dette er ikke ansvarlig politikudformning.&quot;\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dagsordenen henviser til artikel 5.2(b) i FCTC som et juridisk grundlag for at h\u00e5ndtere skadesreduktion, selvom denne artikel ikke n\u00e6vner konceptet.
