Selvom der allerede var et s\u00e6t fornuftige vape-regler p\u00e5 plads, tager den portugisiske regering muligvis et skridt for langt med de nyligt foresl\u00e5ede restriktioner.<\/h4>\n

De nyt lovudkast<\/a> Lovforslag nr. 88\/XV s\u00f8ger at udvide restriktioner for r\u00f8gfri omr\u00e5der til ogs\u00e5 at omfatte vaping-produkter og dermed forbyde vaping i udend\u00f8rs omr\u00e5der, hvor rygning ikke er tilladt. Eksperter i reduktion af tobaksskader (THR) argumenterer for, at s\u00e5danne foranstaltninger underminerer indsatsen fra tidligere rygere, der er g\u00e5et over til vaping for at holde op med at ryge. Det foresl\u00e5ede lovforslag sigter ogs\u00e5 mod at indf\u00f8re strengere regler for salg af vaping-produkter, herunder et forbud mod onlinesalg.<\/p>\n

EN GSTHR<\/a> Faktasiden afsl\u00f8rer, at der er cirka 8.300 dampere i Portugal. Indtil nu har nikotindampning v\u00e6ret tilladt, hvilket resulterer i en voksenpr\u00e6valens p\u00e5 0,09%. Reklame og promovering af vapingprodukter har v\u00e6ret underlagt begr\u00e6nsninger for at forhindre dem i at v\u00e6re attraktive for unge mennesker.<\/p>\n
