Selvom lokale regler allerede ikke skelner mellem cigaretter og deres sikrere alternativer, advares Ungarn nu om, at det foresl\u00e5ede dekret om nikotinposer og vapingprodukter er overdreven.<\/h4>\n

I Ungarn<\/a>, reklame for e-cigaret er forbudt, og vaping er kun tilladt i omr\u00e5der, hvor rygning er tilladt, og der skelnes derfor ikke mellem forbrug af cigaretter og deres sikrere alternativer. Desuden kan vaping-produkter kun k\u00f8bes i visse licenserede butikker, der angiveligt ejes af personer, der er politisk tilknyttet det regerende parti.<\/p>\n

I mellemtiden et nyt udkast Dekret<\/a> har til form\u00e5l at \u00e6ndre de nuv\u00e6rende regler om "cigaretter, r\u00f8gtobak, vandpibetobak, opvarmede tobaksvarer, urteprodukter til rygning, elektroniske cigaretter, genopfyldningsbeholdere, elektroniske apparater, der imiterer rygning, nikotinfri genopfyldningsbeholdere, nikotinholdige rygeerstatninger." Det menes at \u00e6ndre pakkedefinitioner, nikotinm\u00e6ngder og m\u00e6rkningskrav og indf\u00f8re strenge restriktioner for vapingprodukter.<\/p>\n

Med hensyn til nikotinposer<\/a>, foresl\u00e5r \u00e6ndringsforslaget et maksimalt nikotinindhold p\u00e5 17 mg pr. forbrugsenhed. Denne m\u00e6ngde er muligvis ikke tilstr\u00e6kkelig for storrygere, der \u00f8nsker at holde op, da de ville v\u00e6re vant til at inhalere h\u00f8jere niveauer af nikotin. Dette kan derfor utilsigtet begr\u00e6nse produkternes appel som rygestophj\u00e6lpemidler.<\/p>\n
