World Vapers' Alliance (WVA), en f\u00f8rende global forbrugerorganisation for vaping, udtrykker dybe forbehold over den ungarske regerings udkast. Dekret<\/a> som har til form\u00e5l at \u00e6ndre den nuv\u00e6rende regulering af nikotinposer og vaping.<\/p>\n

De foresl\u00e5ede regler vil, hvis de vedtages, indf\u00f8re restriktioner, der kan hindre adgangen til sikrere alternativer for rygere og muligheder for at reducere skader.<\/p>\n

Michael Landl, direkt\u00f8r for World Vapers' Alliance, kommenterer:<\/p>\n

\u201c"Selvom det er vigtigt at sikre sikkerheden og korrekt m\u00e6rkning af nikotinprodukter, er det lige s\u00e5 afg\u00f8rende at undg\u00e5 overdreven regulering, der kan h\u00e6mme tilg\u00e6ngeligheden af skadesreducerende produkter for rygere, der \u00f8nsker at overg\u00e5 til br\u00e6ndbare cigaretter."\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

De foresl\u00e5ede \u00e6ndringer, med et maksimalt nikotinindhold p\u00e5 17 mg pr. forbrugsenhed, afspejler en tilgang, der utilsigtet kan begr\u00e6nse nikotinposernes appel til rygere, der s\u00f8ger alternativer.<\/p>\n

Derudover udtrykker WVA bekymring over de potentielle konsekvenser af dekretudkastets foresl\u00e5ede \u00e6ndringer af reglerne for vapingprodukter. \u00c6ndringerne, der er rettet mod definitioner af enkeltpakninger, nikotinm\u00e6ngder og m\u00e6rkningskrav, kan p\u00e5l\u00e6gge uberettigede restriktioner for vapingprodukter.
