Som f\u00f8lge af det nyligt vedtagne vape-forbud er lokale forhandlere af de sikrere nikotinalternativer begyndt at lukke, hvilket efterlader forbrugerne med ingen andre steder at henvende sig end det sorte marked.<\/h4>\n

Den \u00e6ndrede lov om forebyggelse af tobaksfarer (\u83f8\u5bb3\u9632\u5236\u6cd5) blev godkendt tidligere i \u00e5r og tr\u00e5dte i kraft den 22. marts. Den forb\u00f8d salg, fremstilling og levering af vapingprodukter, h\u00e6vede lovlig aldersgr\u00e6nse for tobak<\/a> fra 18 til 20, og \u00f8gede andelen af tobaksadvarsler fra 35% til 50% af cigaretpakker.<\/p>\n

Som reaktion p\u00e5 forbuddet sagde direkt\u00f8ren for World Vapers' Alliance, Michael Landl, at forbuddet er en folkesundhedskatastrofe under opsejling. Faktisk mindre end en m\u00e5ned senere er 25 ud af 44 vape-butikker i Kaohsiung City allerede lukket, mens resten har m\u00e5ttet skifte til at s\u00e6lge andre produkter.<\/p>\n

Udover inspektioner af fysiske butikker har sundhedsministeriet ogs\u00e5 holdt n\u00f8je \u00f8je med onlinesalget. Desv\u00e6rre betyder det, at tusindvis af mennesker, der havde skiftet<\/a> til vapingprodukter vil blive skubbet tilbage til rygning eller til det sorte marked, hvor de vil have adgang til uregulerede og muligvis usikre produkter.
