De foresl\u00e5ede krav er i bund og grund &quot;god fremstillingspraksis&quot; for tobaksvarer og har til form\u00e5l at minimere og forhindre yderligere risici forbundet med s\u00e5danne produkter og g\u00e6lder for b\u00e5de indenlandske og udenlandske producenter af f\u00e6rdige og l\u00f8sv\u00e6gtede tobaksvarer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For vape-butikker pr\u00e6ciserer den foresl\u00e5ede regel, at s\u00e5danne virksomheder, der kun s\u00e6lger ENDS-produkter og -komponenter og -dele, ikke vil blive betragtet som producenter og ikke vil v\u00e6re underlagt kravene i den foresl\u00e5ede TPMP-regel, medmindre de ogs\u00e5 besk\u00e6ftiger sig med fremstilling, validering af pr\u00e6produktionsdesign, pakning og opbevaring af f\u00e6rdige eller bulk-tobaksvarer i henhold til reglen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Denne regel vil ikke p\u00e5virke &quot;sm\u00e5 virksomheder i 4 \u00e5r efter ikrafttr\u00e6delsesdatoen for den endelige regel&quot;, men det rejser sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let ... Hvor mange sm\u00e5 vape-butikker forventer FDA stadig vil v\u00e6re i drift om 4 \u00e5r, og hvorfor forsinkelsen specifikt for disse sm\u00e5 virksomheder?\u00a0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FDA definerer en lille virksomhed som en produktproducent, der besk\u00e6ftiger 350 ansatte eller f\u00e6rre.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FDA vil afholde en offentlig h\u00f8ring vedr.\u00a0<\/span><b>12. april 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, for at indsamle kommentarer fra interessenter, herunder industrien, det videnskabelige samfund, interessegrupper og offentligheden.
