Paris, 15. februar 2023:\u00a0<\/b>Op til <\/span>1,6 millioner tidligere rygere kan blive tvunget til at vende tilbage til rygning<\/span><\/a> hvis den franske regering accepterer anbefalingen fra den nationale komit\u00e9 mod rygning (CNCT) om at forbyde vaping-smagsstoffer. CNCT <\/span>anbefalet<\/span><\/a> mandag for at h\u00e5ndh\u00e6ve et forbud mod vaping af smagsstoffer, <\/span>og den franske sundhedsminister, Fran\u00e7ois Braun, udtrykt<\/a> hans godkendelse af forslaget \u2013 selvom det g\u00e5r imod <\/span>anbefalinger fra det officielle franske kr\u00e6ftinstitut<\/span><\/a>, som anbefaler vaping til rygere som et middel til at holde op.<\/span><\/p>\n

CNCT, som er statsst\u00f8ttet og finansieret af Sundhedsministeriet, \u00f8nsker at forbyde smagsvarianter med den begrundelse, at de er en indgangsport for teenagere og unge voksne. Denne effekt har dog <\/span>ikke blevet p\u00e5vist<\/span><\/a>, og der er beviser for, at <\/span>andre faktorer end smagsstoffer<\/span><\/a> er skyld i teenageres nikotinforbrug. <\/span>De fleste unge pr\u00f8ver at vape efter at v\u00e6re begyndt at ryge<\/span><\/a>, og regelm\u00e6ssig vaping er meget sj\u00e6lden blandt teenagere, der ikke er rygere.
