Ved tredjebehandlingen godkendte den lovgivende forsamling Yuan <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cna.com.tw\/news\/aipl\/202301125005.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stemte<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> til fordel for \u00e6ndringerne i &#039;Tobaksfareforebyggelsesloven&#039; om at forbyde elektroniske cigaretter, regulere brugen af opvarmede tobaksvarer og h\u00e6ve rygealderen fra 18 til 20 \u00e5r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den nye lovgivning n\u00e6vner ikke vaping direkte, men introducerer i stedet udtrykket &quot;tobakslignende produkter&quot;, og fremstilling, salg og levering af s\u00e5danne produkter er strengt forbudt.
