ROM, 25. oktober<\/strong> \u2014 I dag afholdt den globale vaping-aktivistgruppe en 7-trins strategi<\/a> for den nye italienske regering om at reducere rygerater. I k\u00f8lvandet p\u00e5 den nye regerings udn\u00e6vnelse i Italien fremlagde World Vapers' Alliance (WVA) sammen med sin italienske partnerorganisation, ANPVU, anbefalingerne om at reducere rygning og bek\u00e6mpe rygerelaterede d\u00f8dsfald til repr\u00e6sentanter for de partier, der danner den nye regering.<\/p>\n

"7-trinsstrategien" blev ogs\u00e5 annonceret under en pressekonference i Rom, da den nye regering modtog en tillidsafstemning i parlamentet. I den foresl\u00e5ede revision af tobaksvaredirektivet er det n\u00f8dvendigt, at den italienske regering insisterer p\u00e5 nogle grundl\u00e6ggende punkter vedr\u00f8rende lovgivningen om elektroniske cigaretter," sagde MEP fra Lega Gianna Gancia.<\/p>\n

\u201c"Italien b\u00f8r is\u00e6r opretholde et bredt udvalg af smagsvarianter, hvilket vil hj\u00e6lpe forbrugeren i overgangen fra traditionel til elektronisk rygning, samtidig med at det modvirker dannelsen af et ulovligt parallelt marked og har et mere retf\u00e6rdigt skattesystem for at undg\u00e5 fremkomsten af et sort marked," konkluderede MEP Gancia.<\/p>\n

\u201c"Der er stadig mere end 12 millioner mennesker, der ryger alene i Italien. De direkte og indirekte omkostninger ved rygning bel\u00f8ber sig til n\u00e6sten 26 milliarder euro. Derfor er den nye regering n\u00f8dt til at implementere en ny tilgang: I stedet for stigmatisering og forbud skal Italien omfavne innovation s\u00e5som vaping. Ved at f\u00f8lge videnskabelige beviser og forbrugererfaringer har den nye italienske regering potentiale til at blive f\u00f8rende inden for reduktion af tobaksskader.     Afvis forbud mod smagsstoffer;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Hold vaping tilg\u00e6ngeligt, mens du strengt h\u00e5ndh\u00e6ver smarte regler for at forhindre vaping under mindre\u00e5rige;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    7-trinsstrategien for skadesreduktion for Italien er en del af World Vapers' Alliances europ\u00e6iske kampagne om skadesreduktion, pr\u00e6senteret under sloganet #BackVapingBeatSmoking.
