Det bekymrende aspekt er, at vaping for mange ville blive en luksusvare, og n\u00e6sten en tredjedel ville blive skubbet ud p\u00e5 det sorte marked, hvilket risikerer at levere produkter af d\u00e5rligere kvalitet eller uregulerede produkter. Samtidig ville n\u00e6sten en tredjedel reducere vaping, hvilket \u00f8ger chancerne for tilbagefald til rygning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Europa-Kommissionen er i \u00f8jeblikket i gang med at revidere reglerne i tobaksafgiftsdirektivet. I 2020 offentliggjorde Kommissionen en evaluering af direktivet, hvor den konkluderede, at de nuv\u00e6rende regler ikke l\u00e6ngere virker til at reducere tobaksforbruget. Forslaget til det reviderede tobaksafgiftsdirektiv forventes offentliggjort i fjerde kvartal af 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hvis Europa er forpligtet til at reducere de skadelige virkninger af rygning, b\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re forpligtet til at holde vaping-produkter overkommelige for forbrugerne.
