MANILA, FILIPPINERNE, 28.07.2022 \u2013 Mandag den 25. juli, den s\u00e5kaldte Vape Bill blev vedtaget<\/a>. Foranstaltningen har til form\u00e5l at regulere import, fremstilling, salg, emballering, distribution, brug og kommunikation af damp- og opvarmede tobaksvarer.<\/p>\n

Det er vigtigt at bem\u00e6rke, at lovforslaget fokuserer p\u00e5 at indf\u00f8re aldersbegr\u00e6nsninger over 18 \u00e5r og sikre, at voksne rygere har adgang til ikke-ant\u00e6ndelige alternativer til rygning.<\/p>\n

Liza Katsiashvili, community manager hos World Vapers' Alliance, sagde:<\/p>\n

\u201c"Selvom de fleste politikere er misinformerede og k\u00e6mper imod vaping, fulgte Filippinerne den rette vej ved at omfavne vaping som en effektiv skadesreducerende innovation, der kan redde liv. Andre lande b\u00f8r f\u00f8lge dette eksempel og st\u00f8tte smarte vapingpolitikker for at sikre forbedret folkesundhed for millioner af forbrugere globalt."\u201d<\/p>\n
