Vaping-milj\u00f8et har ivrigt ventet p\u00e5 denne rapport i et stykke tid, da den s\u00e6tter tonen for den forventede revision af TPD inden for det n\u00e6ste \u00e5r. Rapporten er vag, n\u00e5r det kommer til e-cigaretter, og baserer mange af sine antagelser og anbefalinger p\u00e5 den meget d\u00e5rlige, bredt kritiserede SCHEER-rapport.<\/p>\n<p>Grundl\u00e6ggende har SCHEER vist sig at v\u00e6re baseret p\u00e5 svag evidens i bedste fald (l\u00e6s vores syn p\u00e5 det). <a href=\"https:\/\/wvaold.wpengine.com\/scheer-report-the-good-the-bad-the-ugly\/\">her <\/a>\u2013 og hvis du ikke tror os, s\u00e5 er her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clivebates.com\/european-commission-scheer-scientific-opinion-on-e-cigarettes-a-guide-for-policymakers\/\">Clive Bates<\/a> (med en detaljeret gennemgang). Ved hj\u00e6lp af udokumenterede p\u00e5stande, svag evidens og n\u00f8je udvalgte studier hj\u00e6lper rapporten ikke med at n\u00e5 frem til en logisk konklusion eller en videnskabsbaseret tilgang til regulering af vaping.<\/p>\n<p>Men hvorfor sp\u00f8rger du m\u00e5ske, om denne anvendelsesrapport er vigtig for vapers, n\u00e5r den handler om regler for tobaksvarer? Dette skyldes, at EU endnu ikke har skelnet mellem e-cigaretter og konventionelle cigaretter. Desv\u00e6rre vil diskussionerne om fremtidige regler for vaping blive viklet ind i diskussioner om tobaksvarer. Denne anvendelsesrapport giver os et f\u00f8rste glimt af, hvilken retning EU planl\u00e6gger at g\u00e5 i forhold til e-cigaretter. Det bekymrende er, at den tilsyneladende i h\u00f8j grad kritiserer smagsvarianter og potentialet ved vaping til rygestop. Endnu mere bekymrende synes samtalen at indikere, at EU ikke har besluttet, om e-cigaretter er et forbrugerprodukt eller et medicinsk produkt.<\/p>\n<p>I en \u00e5benlys arrogance synger Kommissionen i den samme rapport sine egne lovord. Deres rapport fastsl\u00e5r skaml\u00f8st, at \u00e5rsagen til de reducerede rygerater i Europa udelukkende ligger i tobaksvaredirektivet. Den ignorerer <a href=\"https:\/\/wvaold.wpengine.com\/from-smoking-to-vaping\/\">millioner, der er skiftet fra rygning til vaping<\/a>, ignorerer videnskab, fakta og vores stemmer. De mener, at deres dagsorden med skattestigninger og almindelig emballage var en succes i sig selv, og glemmer den utrolige indflydelse, mindre skadelige alternativer som vaping har haft p\u00e5 faldende rygerater i Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Men heldigvis kan Kommissionen ikke handle alene for at g\u00f8re dette til virkelighed.
