Unter dem Deckmantel einer \u00c4nderung der Tabakerzeugnisverordnung plant das Ministerium ein Verbot von Menthol sowie 13 weiteren Inhaltsstoffen und K\u00fchlungsmitteln in E-Zigaretten. Da Menthol als Bestandteil in fast allen g\u00e4ngigen Geschmacksrichtungen enthalten ist, kommt dies einem faktischen Aromaverbot durch die Hintert\u00fcr gleich.<\/p>\n

Besonders bedenklich ist, dass dieser weitreichende Eingriff per Verordnung und somit ohne ordentliches demokratisches Verfahren im Parlament erfolgen soll. Aromen sind f\u00fcr erwachsene Raucher entscheidend, um den Umstieg auf weniger sch\u00e4dliche Alternativen erfolgreich zu vollziehen.<\/p>\n
