Je to lobbistick\u00e1 iniciativa, kter\u00e1 aktivn\u011b bojuje za p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pravidla pro vapov\u00e1n\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed alternativy nikotinu. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, EU vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 pen\u00edze k financov\u00e1n\u00ed skupiny, kter\u00e1 pak lobbuje u instituc\u00ed EU za prosazen\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1kaz\u016f a regulac\u00ed \u2013 politik, kter\u00e9 si instituce sama zjevn\u011b p\u0159eje. Tento typ cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed financov\u00e1n\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 obavy ohledn\u011b st\u0159etu z\u00e1jm\u016f a transparentnosti p\u0159i formov\u00e1n\u00ed politik ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n
