Ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 kroky, v\u010detn\u011b\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/cs\/voices-unheard-consumers-matter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sv\u011bteln\u00e1 show a tich\u00fd protest<\/a>, zd\u016fraznil tuto nespravedlnost.<\/p>\n<p>Skute\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m v\u0161ak p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1: hlasy spot\u0159ebitel\u016f jsou ignorov\u00e1ny, zat\u00edmco agend\u011b dominuj\u00ed prohibi\u010dn\u00ed politiky, \u010dasto \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 mocn\u00fdmi z\u00e1jmy, jako je Michael Bloomberg a WHO.<\/p>\n<p>Toto vylou\u010den\u00ed je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 v dob\u011b, kdy se sv\u011bt bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9mu okam\u017eiku pro politiku t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se tab\u00e1ku. V listopadu se vl\u00e1dy sejdou v \u017denev\u011b na konferenci COP11, aby jednaly o budoucnosti R\u00e1mcov\u00e9 \u00famluvy o kontrole tab\u00e1ku (FCTC). Tento proces dlouhodob\u011b odsouv\u00e1 spot\u0159ebitele na vedlej\u0161\u00ed kolej a odm\u00edt\u00e1 strategie sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v Evropsk\u00e9 unii prob\u00edhaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravy na revizi sm\u011brnice o tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch (TPD), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee legislativn\u00ed proces bude prob\u00edhat za irsk\u00e9ho p\u0159edsednictv\u00ed Rady v \u010dervenci 2026. Na stole je tak\u00e9 dlouho odkl\u00e1dan\u00e1 aktualizace sm\u011brnice o spot\u0159ebn\u00ed dani z tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f (TED). Tyto paraleln\u00ed ud\u00e1losti spole\u010dn\u011b utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed budoucnost politiky v oblasti nikotinu v Evrop\u011b a ve sv\u011bt\u011b. Prov\u011b\u0159\u00ed, zda tv\u016frci politik podpo\u0159\u00ed inovace a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod, nebo zda pos\u00edl\u00ed prohibi\u010dn\u00ed cestu, kter\u00e1 riskuje ohro\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f v oblasti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Jasn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy z posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00ed v zem\u00edch, jako je \u0160v\u00e9dsko, Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed a Nov\u00fd Z\u00e9land, uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativy nikotinu \u2013 jako je vaping, nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky a snus \u2013 dramaticky sni\u017euj\u00ed m\u00edru kou\u0159en\u00ed. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b byly zavedeny n\u00e1rodn\u00ed strategie v\u2026\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Champions-of-Change-Harm-Reduction-Victory.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u0158ecko a \u010cesk\u00e1 republika<\/a>\u00a0tak\u00e9 uk\u00e1zaly, jak pragmatick\u00e9 politiky sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod mohou p\u0159in\u00e9st skute\u010dn\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed v oblasti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto se zd\u00e1, \u017ee Evropsk\u00e1 unie se st\u00e1le v\u00edce p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u00ed k zastaral\u00e9mu a ideologicky motivovan\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00edstupu Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/cs\/eu-turns-vapers-into-piggy-banks-lives-at-risk-as-eu-commission-pushes-for-extra-cash-instead-of-public-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">unikl\u00fd dokument<\/a>, Evropsk\u00e1 komise zva\u017euje v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed dan\u00ed pro v\u0161echny alternativn\u00ed nikotinov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed unikl\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy Komise navrhuj\u00ed z\u00e1kaz p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed vapingu a omezen\u00ed nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f. To jsou p\u0159esn\u011b ty druhy opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jinde selhaly. Sp\u00ed\u0161e ne\u017e chr\u00e1nit ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed tato opat\u0159en\u00ed riskuj\u00ed ochranu prodeje cigaret t\u00edm, \u017ee odeb\u00edraj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00fdm mo\u017enostem.<\/p>\n<p>Ale tento p\u0159\u00edstup je nejen zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed, ale je i z\u00e1sadn\u011b nedemokratick\u00fd. Kdy\u017e Sv\u011btov\u00e1 aliance vaper\u016f dos\u00e1hla\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/cs\/every-life-counts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">100 000 podpis\u016f<\/a>\u00a0Zpr\u00e1va adresovan\u00e1 Evropsk\u00e9mu parlamentu nal\u00e9hav\u011b na ochranu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod odhalila rostouc\u00ed propast mezi tv\u016frci politik EU a ob\u010dany, kter\u00fdm slou\u017e\u00ed. Nejednalo se o korpor\u00e1tn\u00ed lobbisty \u2013 byli to oby\u010dejn\u00ed Evropan\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159estali kou\u0159it d\u00edky alternativ\u00e1m, jako je vaping, a nyn\u00ed \u010del\u00ed hrozb\u011b ztr\u00e1ty t\u011bchto n\u00e1stroj\u016f, zat\u00edmco jejich vlastn\u00ed z\u00e1stupci je zcela ignorovali.<\/p>\n<p>Mezit\u00edm R\u00e1mcov\u00e1 \u00famluva WHO o kontrole tab\u00e1ku (siln\u011b financovan\u00e1 Michaelem Bloombergem) nad\u00e1le prosazuje univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed model abstinence. V\u00fdsledkem je z\u00e1kaz bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdrobk\u016f, zat\u00edmco ho\u0159lav\u00e9 cigarety z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u0161iroce dostupn\u00e9. V zem\u00edch, jako je Mexiko a Indie, z\u00e1kaz vapingu podpo\u0159en\u00fd agenturou Bloomberg p\u0159ipravil ku\u0159\u00e1ky o \u017eivotaschopn\u00e9 alternativy. Zopakuje EU svou chybu?<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e1le je \u010das zm\u011bnit kurz. EU m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt p\u0159\u00edkladem a prosazovat regulaci zalo\u017eenou na d\u016fkazech, kter\u00e1 stav\u00ed spot\u0159ebitele do centra tvorby politik. Sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod nen\u00ed mezerou v legislativ\u011b: je to strategie, kter\u00e1 zachra\u0148uje \u017eivoty, jak dokazuj\u00ed zem\u011b, kter\u00e9 zaznamenaly historick\u00fd pokles onemocn\u011bn\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s kou\u0159en\u00edm. R\u00e1mcov\u00e1 \u00famluva o tab\u00e1ku (FCTC) mus\u00ed tuto skute\u010dnost uznat a EU by m\u011bla prosazovat jej\u00ed za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed, nikoli se uchylovat k ideologii.<\/p>\n<p>Tv\u016frci politik mus\u00ed odolat tlaku prohibicionistick\u00fdch aktivist\u016f, jako je Michael Bloomberg, a m\u00edsto toho p\u0159ijmout inteligentn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed regulaci zalo\u017eenou na v\u011bd\u011b a re\u00e1ln\u00fdch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch. COP11 se nesm\u00ed st\u00e1t dal\u0161\u00edm summitem za zav\u0159en\u00fdmi dve\u0159mi, kde jsou vylou\u010deny hlasy spot\u0159ebitel\u016f a p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 zastaral\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed. Uml\u010den\u00ed t\u011bchto hlas\u016f je nezni\u010d\u00ed \u2013 pouze prohloub\u00ed ned\u016fv\u011bru a zpozd\u00ed pokrok.
