Ten \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/cs\/voices-unheard-consumers-matter\/\">Nesly\u0161en\u00e9 hlasy \u2013 Na spot\u0159ebitel\u00edch z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed!<\/a>\u201dKampa\u0148 zahrnovala sv\u011btelnou show osv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00ed konferen\u010dn\u00ed centrum a tich\u00fd protest se zalepen\u00fdmi \u00fasty, symbolizuj\u00edc\u00ed, jak je dosp\u011bl\u00fdm ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm a b\u00fdval\u00fdm ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm odep\u0159eno m\u00edsto u stolu. Toto vylou\u010den\u00ed nen\u00ed jen ironick\u00e9; je to fat\u00e1ln\u00ed chyba v glob\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrole tab\u00e1ku, kter\u00e1 dos\u00e1hne krizov\u00e9ho bodu na listopadov\u00e9 konferenci COP11 v \u017denev\u011b, pokud se tv\u016frci politik nepostav\u00ed \u010delem k ideologicky motivovan\u00fdm agend\u00e1m Michaela Bloomberga a Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Sou\u010dasn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke kontrole tab\u00e1ku je z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b naru\u0161en\u00fd. Zat\u00edmco Bloomberg investuje miliardy do prohibi\u010dn\u00ed politiky a WHO agresivn\u011b prosazuje...\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fctc.who.int\/newsroom\/news\/item\/30-05-2025-who-fctc-urges-parties-to-prohibit-ingredients-used-to-increase-product-attractiveness-and-palatability\">z\u00e1kazy p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0a omezen\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch alternativ, \u017eivotn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti milion\u016f lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159estali kou\u0159it d\u00edky produkt\u016fm se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm rizikem, jsou ignorov\u00e1ny. Nen\u00ed to n\u00e1hoda, je to institucionalizovan\u00e9 vylou\u010den\u00ed. R\u00e1mcov\u00e1 \u00famluva WHO o kontrole tab\u00e1ku, kterou financov\u00e1n\u00ed agentury Bloomberg siln\u011b ovliv\u0148uje, v\u00fdslovn\u011b odsuzuje hlasy spot\u0159ebitel\u016f a odborn\u00e9 znalosti v oblasti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod. V\u00fdsledkem jsou politiky, jako je z\u00e1kaz vapingu v Indii z roku 2019 \u2013 p\u0159\u00edmo prosazovan\u00fd skupinami financovan\u00fdmi agenturou Bloomberg \u2013 kter\u00e9 eliminuj\u00ed \u017eivot zachra\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed alternativy, zat\u00edmco ho\u0159lav\u00e9 cigarety z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u0161iroce dostupn\u00e9. Je to zvr\u00e1cen\u00e1 strategie ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed: chr\u00e1nit trh s cigaretami z\u00e1kazem konkurence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Nikde nen\u00ed tento odstup alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed ne\u017e v Evropsk\u00e9 unii. Zat\u00edmco se \u0160v\u00e9dsko bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed k statusu \u201cbez kou\u0159en\u00ed\u201d prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm pragmatick\u00e9ho sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod, Evropsk\u00e1 komise b\u011bhem revize sm\u011brnice o tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch koketuje s prohibi\u010dn\u00ed politikou.<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/cs\/eu-turns-vapers-into-piggy-banks-lives-at-risk-as-eu-commission-pushes-for-extra-cash-instead-of-public-health\/\">Unikl\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy<\/a>\u00a0navrhuj\u00ed z\u00e1kaz p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed, omezen\u00ed nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f a dan\u011b z vapingu \u2013 opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by Evropany nevyhnuteln\u011b dotla\u010dila zp\u011bt ke kou\u0159en\u00ed. To nen\u00ed spekulace; je to zaveden\u00fd vzorec.<strong>\u00a0Kdy\u017e Sv\u011btov\u00e1 aliance vaper\u016f dos\u00e1hla sv\u00e9ho c\u00edle\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/cs\/every-life-counts\/\">100 000 podpis\u016f<\/a>\u00a0Evropsk\u00e9mu parlamentu, v n\u011bm\u017e protestoval proti t\u011bmto regresivn\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm, zd\u016fraznil demokratick\u00fd deficit<\/strong>Tv\u016frci politik vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed z\u00e1kony proti spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm, ne pro n\u011b. Spojen\u00ed EU s postojem WHO, kter\u00fd je proti v\u011bd\u011b \u2013 kde je \u201cm\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9\u201d \u00famysln\u011b chybn\u011b interpretov\u00e1no jako \u201cst\u00e1le \u0161kodliv\u00e9\u201d \u2013 ignoruje drtiv\u00e9 d\u016fkazy od organizace Public Health England a dal\u0161\u00edch, \u017ee vapov\u00e1n\u00ed je bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kou\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">COP11 p\u0159edstavuje posledn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost, jak odvr\u00e1tit politickou katastrofu. Dvacetilet\u00e1 historie FCTC je v\u0161ak pochmurn\u00e1: dominuje vylou\u010den\u00ed spot\u0159ebitel\u016f, ideologie nad d\u016fkazy a st\u00edn Bloombergu. Proces FCTC aktivn\u011b br\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti spot\u0159ebitel\u016f a odm\u00edt\u00e1 re\u00e1ln\u00e9 poznatky od t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b p\u0159estali kou\u0159it. Po\u017eadavek WHO na\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Briefing-WHO-Flavour-Ban.pdf\">z\u00e1kazy p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0je v rozporu s \u00fadaji, kter\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edchut\u011b jsou z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Bloomberg financuje v\u011bt\u0161inu glob\u00e1ln\u00edch iniciativ v oblasti kontroly tab\u00e1ku, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se odpor jeho nadace ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod de facto st\u00e1v\u00e1 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed politikou.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Prioritou mus\u00ed b\u00fdt z\u00e1chrana \u017eivot\u016f<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Tomuto mus\u00ed konec. Zem\u011b, kter\u00e9 se zasazuj\u00ed o sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod, zaznamen\u00e1vaj\u00ed bezprecedentn\u00ed pokles kou\u0159en\u00ed: Japonsko kv\u016fli zaveden\u00ed metod vyh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tab\u00e1ku sn\u00ed\u017eilo prodej cigaret za p\u011bt let o 42 procent. \u0160v\u00e9dsko a Nov\u00fd Z\u00e9land se brzy stanou zem\u011bmi bez kou\u0159en\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9mu progresivn\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edstupu k vapov\u00e1n\u00ed, s\u00e1\u010dk\u016fm a snusu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed vy\u017eaduje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed restrukturalizaci. Spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt v centru tvorby politik, v\u010detn\u011b b\u00fdval\u00fdch ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a zast\u00e1nc\u016f sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod v delegac\u00edch COP11. Tv\u016frci politik by se m\u011bli \u0159\u00eddit d\u016fkazy a regulovat na z\u00e1klad\u011b relativn\u00edho rizika, nikoli mor\u00e1ln\u00ed paniky. Bloombergovo p\u0159ehnan\u00e9 z\u00e1vazky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt odm\u00edtnuty; politika ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt diktov\u00e1na osobn\u00ed k\u0159\u00ed\u017eovou v\u00fdpravou miliard\u00e1\u0159e. FCTC se mus\u00ed modernizovat a p\u0159ijmout sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod spojen\u00fdch s tab\u00e1kem jako kl\u00ed\u010dovou strategii, nikoli jako hrozbu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Protest v Dublinu (viz obr\u00e1zek) nebyl divadlem, ale varov\u00e1n\u00edm. Kdy\u017e se politiky navrhuj\u00ed v ozv\u011bn\u00e1ch ideologie a vlivu, selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed. S bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se konferenc\u00ed COP11 je volba jasn\u00e1: pokra\u010dovat v prohibi\u010dn\u00ed experimentu Bloomberga a odsoudit miliony lid\u00ed k \u00famrt\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00edm s kou\u0159en\u00edm, nebo kone\u010dn\u011b naslouchat t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed na\u0161li bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsoby, jak se zbavit kou\u0159en\u00ed.
