Aliance na ochranu da\u0148ov\u00fdch poplatn\u00edk\u016f (TPA) ned\u00e1vno uspo\u0159\u00e1dala <\/span>\u201cWebin\u00e1\u0159 \u201dOdpo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed do COP11\u201c<\/span><\/a>, kter\u00e1 shrom\u00e1\u017edila p\u0159edn\u00ed odborn\u00edky, aby se zab\u00fdvali R\u00e1mcovou \u00famluvou Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) o kontrole tab\u00e1ku (FCTC) a jej\u00edmi nedostatky za posledn\u00ed dv\u011b desetilet\u00ed.
