Vaping v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a zachr\u00e1nit mnoho \u017eivot\u016f, tvrd\u00ed Bernd Mayer, profesor farmakologie a toxikologie na Univerzit\u011b v Rakousku, Grazu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Vaping je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b v EU \u017ehav\u00fdm t\u00e9matem, a to zejm\u00e9na v souvislosti s bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edm se evropsk\u00fdm pl\u00e1nem boje proti rakovin\u011b. Jak by se tedy EU m\u011bla k vapingu postavit?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm bodem k pochopen\u00ed je, \u017ee vapov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed. Zach\u00e1zet s t\u011bmito dv\u011bma pojmy stejn\u011b by bylo chybou. Je v\u011bdecky prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee vapov\u00e1n\u00ed je m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 ne\u017e kou\u0159en\u00ed. Vzhledem k 700 000 \u00famrt\u00edm ro\u010dn\u011b v d\u016fsledku nemoc\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch kou\u0159en\u00edm a s alternativou, kterou Public Health England uv\u00e1d\u00ed jako nejm\u00e9n\u011b o 95% m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodlivou, mus\u00ed EU vapov\u00e1n\u00ed schv\u00e1lit jako metodu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod pro ku\u0159\u00e1ky.<\/p>\n<p>Na rozd\u00edl od tradi\u010dn\u00edch cigaret elektronick\u00e9 cigarety neprodukuj\u00ed kou\u0159 a emise toxick\u00fdch produkt\u016f spalov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou sn\u00ed\u017eeny o 99%. D\u00edky tomu je celo\u017eivotn\u00ed riziko rakoviny u vaper\u016f stokr\u00e1t a\u017e tis\u00edckr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f. Studie tak\u00e9 ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed a plicn\u00ed funkce u ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ejdou na vapov\u00e1n\u00ed, se drasticky zlep\u0161uj\u00ed. Vaping proto nen\u00ed spojen s klinicky relevantn\u00edm v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm rizikem a p\u0159\u00ednosy pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, kdy\u017e ku\u0159\u00e1ci p\u0159ejdou na vapov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><em>Navzdory v\u0161em t\u011bmto d\u016fkaz\u016fm jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy ohledn\u011b vapov\u00e1n\u00ed skeptick\u00e9, nap\u0159\u00edklad ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va Evropsk\u00e9 komise SCHEER.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zpr\u00e1va SCHEER m\u00e1 daleko k objektivn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. A\u010dkoli je posouzen\u00ed relativn\u00edch rizik kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro p\u0159\u00edstup ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod, zpr\u00e1va byla koncipov\u00e1na tak, aby se vaping a kou\u0159en\u00ed nesrovn\u00e1valy. V\u00fdsledkem t\u00e9to \u017e\u00e1dosti byl bezv\u00fdznamn\u00fd dokument s malou v\u011bdeckou hodnotou, kter\u00fd (z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b \u010di nikoliv) zcela ignoroval koncept sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed tv\u016frci politik bohu\u017eel tuto zpr\u00e1vu pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako n\u00e1stroj k argumentaci pro neod\u016fvodn\u011bn\u011b p\u0159\u00edsnou regulaci vapingu.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cVe\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdravotnictv\u00ed v posledn\u00edm desetilet\u00ed prom\u011bnilo sv\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed v neopr\u00e1vn\u011bnou v\u00e1lku proti nikotinu.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>P\u0159esto, i p\u0159es tolik v\u00fdzkumu, z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 vapov\u00e1n\u00ed v mnoha zem\u00edch velmi kontroverzn\u00ed. Pro\u010d tomu tak je?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mezi \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b panuj\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 nedorozum\u011bn\u00ed ohledn\u011b vapov\u00e1n\u00ed a jeho z\u00e1sadn\u00edch rozd\u00edl\u016f od kou\u0159en\u00ed. Tyto myln\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy jsou rozmanit\u00e9, ale myln\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nikotinu je nepochybn\u011b obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b znepokojiv\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem s vysokou z\u00e1va\u017enost\u00ed. V roce 1976 profesor Michael Russell, pr\u016fkopn\u00edk ve studiu z\u00e1vislosti na tab\u00e1ku a v\u00fdvoji l\u00e9k\u016f na odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed, prohl\u00e1sil, \u017ee \u201cLid\u00e9 kou\u0159\u00ed kv\u016fli nikotinu, ale um\u00edraj\u00ed na dehet\u201d. Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdravotnictv\u00ed v\u0161ak v posledn\u00edm desetilet\u00ed prom\u011bnilo sv\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed v neopr\u00e1vn\u011bnou v\u00e1lku proti nikotinu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e9ky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed nikotin, jako jsou nikotinov\u00e9 n\u00e1plasti nebo nikotinov\u00e9 inhal\u00e1tory, jsou voln\u011b prodejn\u00e9 a ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm je bezv\u00fdhradn\u011b doporu\u010duj\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9 org\u00e1ny. Tyt\u00e9\u017e org\u00e1ny v\u0161ak pravideln\u011b vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed varov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed nikotinem v elektronick\u00fdch cigaret\u00e1ch. Tuto ne\u0161kodnou rekrea\u010dn\u00ed drogu s vlastnostmi podobn\u00fdmi kofeinu n\u00e1hle prohl\u00e1s\u00ed za silnou toxickou a n\u00e1vykovou drogu.
