N\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona zak\u00e1\u017ee prodej tab\u00e1ku osob\u00e1m mlad\u0161\u00edm 15 let, ale obsahuje ustanoven\u00ed, kter\u00e1 odrad\u00ed ku\u0159\u00e1ky od p\u0159echodu na vapov\u00e1n\u00ed.
