Po\u010d\u00e1tky sahaj\u00ed do roku 2022, kdy Asociace ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a rodin za neku\u0159\u00e1ckou Panamu nahl\u00e1sila prodej krabi\u010dek cigaret bez po\u017eadovan\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch varov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e poru\u0161ovala zaveden\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy. Absence ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zak\u00e1zkov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vyvolala obavy ohledn\u011b transparentnosti a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1konn\u00fdch postup\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Absence ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na zak\u00e1zku na Kongresov\u00e9 centrum v Panam\u011b pro COP10<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159uje na roli Reiny Roa jako koordin\u00e1torky N\u00e1rodn\u00ed komise pro kontrolu tab\u00e1ku a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 postavy v boji Panamy a St\u0159edn\u00ed Ameriky proti tab\u00e1ku. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 obvin\u011bn\u00ed vznesen\u00e1 Asociac\u00ed ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a rodin za Panamu bez kou\u0159e 28. prosince 2023 zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed nekonkuren\u010dn\u00ed ud\u011blen\u00ed zak\u00e1zky Panamsk\u00e9mu kongresov\u00e9mu centru (PCC) na oslavy COP10. Tento krok \u00fadajn\u011b poru\u0161uje jak standardy \u00damluvy OSN proti korupci, tak \u010dl\u00e1nek 338 trestn\u00edho z\u00e1kon\u00edku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kontroverze se to\u010d\u00ed kolem absence ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho nab\u00eddkov\u00e9ho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na akci COP10, kter\u00e1 bude vl\u00e1du st\u00e1t 155 milion\u016f TP. Odlo\u017een\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 konference v listopadu 2023 bylo n\u00e1sledov\u00e1no v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdmi obvin\u011bn\u00edmi, kter\u00e1 vrhla st\u00edn na image Panamy, pokud jde o pr\u00e1vn\u00ed integritu, a podez\u0159en\u00edmi z finan\u010dn\u00edch pochyben\u00ed v souvislosti s organizac\u00ed COP10.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Panama se nyn\u00ed pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s n\u00e1sledky t\u011bchto obvin\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed ot\u00e1zky ohledn\u011b priorit vl\u00e1dn\u00edch v\u00fddaj\u016f v kontextu pot\u0159eb syst\u00e9mu zdravotnictv\u00ed.
