Za\u010d\u00e1tkem srpna podala Panamsk\u00e1 asociace pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem (ARDTP) \u017ealobu k Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu soudu, v n\u00ed\u017e tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1kon 315, kter\u00fd zakazuje pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, prodej a dovoz elektronick\u00fdch cigaret a zah\u0159\u00edvan\u00e9ho tab\u00e1ku v zemi, je proti\u00fastavn\u00ed a m\u011bl by b\u00fdt zru\u0161en.<\/p>\n

Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed soud se pot\u00e9 21. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed rozhodl pokra\u010dovat v projedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017ealoby p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 ARDTP. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee soud bude v nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch projedn\u00e1vat \u00fastavnost z\u00e1kazu.<\/p>\n
