N\u00e1sledovalo to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2023\/10\/19\/is-the-european-commission-playing-dirty-to-push-its-nicotine-pouches-ban-agenda\/\">d\u016fkaz<\/a> \u017ee komise l\u017ee t\u00edm, \u017ee pl\u00e1nuje obej\u00edt parlamentn\u00ed a ve\u0159ejnou kontrolu, urovnat takov\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti tajn\u011b b\u011bhem konference COP-10 v Panam\u011b a pot\u00e9 je Evropsk\u00e9mu parlamentu p\u0159edlo\u017eit jako hotovou v\u011bc<\/p>\n<p>Bulharsko, \u010cesk\u00e1 republika, Kypr, \u0158ecko, It\u00e1lie, Rumunsko a Slovensko vydaly spole\u010dn\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed posun Komise od obvykl\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na konsensu k pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX%3A12008E218\">\u010cl\u00e1nek 218 odst. 9 SFEU<\/a>.
