\u0160pan\u011blsk\u00e1 regulace elektronick\u00fdch cigaret se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed evropskou sm\u011brnic\u00ed o tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch a \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00fd st\u00e1t dosud nezavedl \u017e\u00e1dnou dal\u0161\u00ed regulaci krom\u011b omezen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v neku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch. B\u011bhem posledn\u00edho volebn\u00edho obdob\u00ed se v\u0161ak objevilo n\u011bkolik hrozeb omezen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupu k vapingov\u00fdm produkt\u016fm a jejich pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

V prosinci 2021 \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da p\u0159edstavila n\u00e1vrh tzv. \u201cKomplexn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu prevence a kontroly kou\u0159en\u00ed na obdob\u00ed 2021\u20132025\u201d, v n\u011bm\u017e navrhla z\u00e1kaz p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed elektronick\u00fdch cigaret a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed dan\u00ed z alternativn\u00edch nikotinov\u00fdch produkt\u016f. D\u016fsledky jeho schv\u00e1len\u00ed by byly katastrof\u00e1ln\u00ed. <\/span>Jak jsem vysv\u011btlil, kdy\u017e byl pl\u00e1n ozn\u00e1men<\/span><\/a>, P\u0159\u00edchut\u011b jsou pro ku\u0159\u00e1ky kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9, aby p\u0159e\u0161li na vapov\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee pom\u00e1haj\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016fm zapomenout na chu\u0165 cigaret a u\u017e se k nim nikdy nevr\u00e1tit. Pozd\u011bji v z\u00e1konod\u00e1rn\u00e9m sboru, v \u010dervnu 2022, schv\u00e1lila Rada ministr\u016f <\/span>N\u00e1vrh z\u00e1kona o trhu s tab\u00e1kem a dal\u0161\u00edmi souvisej\u00edc\u00edmi v\u00fdrobky<\/span><\/a> v n\u011bm\u017e zam\u00fd\u0161lela poskytnout elektronick\u00fdm cigaret\u00e1m stejn\u00e9 zach\u00e1zen\u00ed jako tradi\u010dn\u00edm cigaret\u00e1m, a to navzdory jejich \u2013 obrovsk\u00fdm \u2013 rozd\u00edl\u016fm. Socialistick\u00e1 strana tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee se zav\u00e1zala ke generaci bez kou\u0159e. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem pl\u00e1nuje regulovat pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vaporiz\u00e9r\u016f a slazen\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f z tab\u00e1ku, a\u010dkoli se vyh\u00fdb\u00e1 specifikaci toho, o jakou regulaci se bude jednat a zda bude zahrnovat z\u00e1kaz p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed, pokud z\u016fstane ve vl\u00e1d\u011b. Navrhuje tak\u00e9 \u201codrazovat od konzumace tab\u00e1ku v\u0161emi n\u00e1stroji ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1vislosti\u201d, ale nezmi\u0148uje se o pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed produkt\u016f s obsahem nikotinu se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm rizikem v boji proti kou\u0159en\u00ed.
