Navrhovan\u00e9 po\u017eadavky jsou v podstat\u011b \u201cspr\u00e1vnou v\u00fdrobn\u00ed prax\u00ed\u201d pro tab\u00e1kov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a jejich \u00fa\u010delem je minimalizovat a p\u0159edch\u00e1zet dal\u0161\u00edm rizik\u016fm spojen\u00fdm s t\u011bmito v\u00fdrobky a vztahuj\u00ed se jak na dom\u00e1c\u00ed, tak na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdrobce hotov\u00fdch i voln\u011b lo\u017een\u00fdch tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro vape shopy navrhovan\u00e9 pravidlo objas\u0148uje, \u017ee takov\u00e9 provozovny, kter\u00e9 prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed pouze produkty ENDS, jejich sou\u010d\u00e1sti a d\u00edly, by nebyly pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za v\u00fdrobce a nepodl\u00e9haly by po\u017eadavk\u016fm navrhovan\u00e9ho pravidla TPMP, pokud se z\u00e1rove\u0148 nezab\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u00fdrobou, validac\u00ed n\u00e1vrhu p\u0159edv\u00fdroby, balen\u00edm a skladov\u00e1n\u00edm hotov\u00fdch nebo voln\u011b lo\u017een\u00fdch tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f ve smyslu tohoto pravidla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toto pravidlo by se nevztahovalo na \u201cmal\u00e9 podniky po dobu 4 let od data \u00fa\u010dinnosti kone\u010dn\u00e9ho pravidla\u201d, ale vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zku\u2026 Kolik mal\u00fdch vape shop\u016f podle FDA bude st\u00e1le v provozu za 4 roky a pro\u010d toto zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed konkr\u00e9tn\u011b u t\u011bchto mal\u00fdch podnik\u016f?\u00a0 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FDA definuje mal\u00fd podnik jako v\u00fdrobce produkt\u016f, kter\u00fd zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 350 nebo m\u00e9n\u011b zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FDA uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 sly\u0161en\u00ed na t\u00e9ma\u00a0<\/span><b>12. dubna 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aby shrom\u00e1\u017edil koment\u00e1\u0159e od z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch stran, v\u010detn\u011b pr\u016fmyslu, v\u011bdeck\u00e9 obce, advoka\u010dn\u00edch skupin a ve\u0159ejnosti. FDA rovn\u011b\u017e uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1 zased\u00e1n\u00ed V\u011bdeck\u00e9ho poradn\u00edho v\u00fdboru pro tab\u00e1kov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky na t\u00e9ma\u00a0<\/span><b>18. kv\u011btna 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aby si vy\u017e\u00e1dala doporu\u010den\u00ed od extern\u00edho panelu expert\u016f FDA ohledn\u011b po\u017eadavk\u016f stanoven\u00fdch v navrhovan\u00e9m pravidle.
