Sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodlivosti tab\u00e1ku nebylo \u0161iroce p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1no ani implementov\u00e1no a v Keni jsou vystaveny vysok\u00fdm dan\u00edm v\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed nikotin se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm rizikem, v\u010detn\u011b elektronick\u00fdch cigaret, snusu a v\u00fdrobk\u016f typu \u2018zah\u0159\u00edvej, nespaluj\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u016fj projekt se zam\u011b\u0159il na zlep\u0161en\u00ed implementace a porozum\u011bn\u00ed sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem mezi ku\u0159\u00e1ky, u\u017eivateli tab\u00e1ku, tv\u016frci politik a poskytovateli zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de v marginalizovan\u00fdch komunit\u00e1ch v Keni. Programy na odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed zde v Keni nezahrnuj\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nikotinov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, a proto m\u011bl m\u016fj projekt za c\u00edl zlep\u0161it implementaci a porozum\u011bn\u00ed sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem mezi tv\u016frci politik, kte\u0159\u00ed formuj\u00ed politiku pro m\u00edstn\u00ed ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provedl jsem dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9 pr\u016fzkumy mezi ku\u0159\u00e1ky a zdravotn\u00edky v n\u011bkter\u00fdch marginalizovan\u00fdch komunit\u00e1ch v Keni, zejm\u00e9na v z\u00e1padn\u00ed Keni, Rift Valley a okrese Machakos.,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sna\u017eil jsem se pochopit perspektivu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod, pokud jde o kou\u0159en\u00ed a u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tab\u00e1ku mezi ku\u0159\u00e1ky ve venkovsk\u00fdch oblastech. Tak\u00e9 jsem uspo\u0159\u00e1dal m\u00edstn\u00ed workshop s m\u00edstn\u00edmi zdravotn\u00edky v odd\u011blen\u00ed pro odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed v Eldoretu, abych \u0161\u00ed\u0159il v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem a bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch nikotinov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u016fzkum ukazuje, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina zdravotnick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f ve venkovsk\u00fdch oblastech Keni nech\u00e1pe, \u017ee nikotin nezp\u016fsobuje rakovinu, co\u017e dokazuje, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159i maj\u00ed jen mal\u00e9 nebo \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 znalosti o sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem, a proto nemohou vl\u00e1d\u011b v z\u00e1le\u017eitostech t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se tab\u00e1ku \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b radit. Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b oni mohou p\u0159isp\u011bt sv\u00fdm hlasem a v\u00e1hou k n\u00e1rodn\u00edmu \u00fasil\u00ed o kontrolu tab\u00e1ku a zapojit se na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni do prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem. Politika sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem se sna\u017e\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit t\u011b\u017ekou da\u0148 zp\u016fsobenou cigaretami t\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159esm\u011bruje ku\u0159\u00e1ky na m\u00e9n\u011b rizikov\u00e9 alternativy, jako je vapov\u00e1n\u00ed. Tento p\u0159\u00edstup nab\u00fdv\u00e1 na obr\u00e1tk\u00e1ch v zem\u00edch, jejich\u017e pokro\u010dil\u00e1 politika kontroly tab\u00e1ku v\u00fdznamn\u011b sni\u017euje m\u00edru kou\u0159en\u00ed, a t\u00edm zachra\u0148uje \u017eivoty. V Keni je v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho lid\u00ed odhodl\u00e1no dr\u017eet se ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 politiky kontroly tab\u00e1ku \u201ep\u0159esta\u0148, nebo zem\u0159i\u201c a m\u00fdt\u016f, kter\u00e9 ji \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z proveden\u00fdch pr\u016fzkum\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee drtiv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina respondent\u016f chce pou\u017e\u00edvat produkty na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodlivosti tab\u00e1ku, jako jsou nikotinov\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky a vaporiz\u00e9ry\/elektronick\u00e9 cigarety, aby jim pomohly p\u0159estat s tradi\u010dn\u00edmi rakovinotvorn\u00fdmi cigaretami. P\u0159esto t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159i ze \u010dty\u0159 lid\u00ed pova\u017euj\u00ed tyto inovativn\u00ed produkty, kter\u00e9 zachra\u0148uj\u00ed \u017eivoty, za p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e9 nebo obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00e9 a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ichni by s nimi p\u0159estali, pokud by vl\u00e1da zv\u00fd\u0161ila jejich cenu. V\u00fdsledky ukazuj\u00ed nal\u00e9havou pot\u0159ebu, aby na\u0161i regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny pova\u017eovaly bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nikotinov\u00e9 produkty za nezbytn\u00fd a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj v boji za z\u00e1chranu \u017eivot\u016f, kter\u00e9 ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed na \u017eivotech v d\u016fsledku nemoc\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ichni ku\u0159\u00e1ci, kte\u0159\u00ed se pr\u016fzkumu z\u00fa\u010dastnili, se domn\u00edvaj\u00ed, \u017ee bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nikotinov\u00e9 produkty jim daj\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci na \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 ukon\u010den\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z tohoto v\u00fdzkumu jasn\u011b vyplynulo, \u017ee m\u00edsto dogmatick\u00e9ho a nev\u011bdeck\u00e9ho postoje proti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem by Ke\u0148a m\u011bla toto sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ijmout jako vzru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost zachr\u00e1nit tis\u00edce \u017eivot\u016f zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch cigaretami.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte si cel\u00fd v\u00fdzkum <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/e\/2PACX-1vQvFZWyVV_QFFJlt-XcOt9fcykNrgOvn4OvOQbw8KKhRngDzQNmwUiFjecU72COLRpHSPiHppEXvtTk\/pub\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ZDE<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every year, more than 8100 people in Kenya are killed by smoking-related diseases,even though fewer people use smokeless tobacco on average in Kenya than on average in medium-HDI countries.
