Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdravotnictv\u00ed a politici se mus\u00ed v\u00edce sna\u017eit ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm pomoci p\u0159estat. 700 000 \u00famrt\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b v EU by m\u011blo b\u00fdt dostate\u010dnou motivac\u00ed k p\u0159ehodnocen\u00ed na\u0161eho sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu.<\/h3>\n<p>Aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b pomoci ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm p\u0159estat jednou prov\u017edy, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt spln\u011bny t\u0159i podm\u00ednky:<\/p>\n<p>Zaprv\u00e9, ku\u0159\u00e1ci mus\u00ed m\u00edt mo\u017enost vybrat si z co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho po\u010dtu mo\u017enost\u00ed, aby zjistili, kter\u00e1 metoda odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed je pro n\u011b nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
