Z\u00e1rove\u0148 tradi\u010dn\u00ed protiku\u0159\u00e1ck\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed, jako jsou dan\u011b z tab\u00e1ku, z\u00e1kazy reklamy a marketingu a vysok\u00e9 zdan\u011bn\u00ed, abychom jmenovali alespo\u0148 n\u011bkter\u00e9, m\u011bla dosud jen omezenou \u00fa\u010dinnost. A\u010dkoli jsou tato politick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed chv\u00e1lyhodn\u00e1, zjevn\u011b nep\u0159inesla po\u017eadovan\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee v EU st\u00e1le \u017eije v\u00edce ne\u017e 80 milion\u016f ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 700 000 \u00famrt\u00ed v d\u016fsledku nemoc\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch kou\u0159en\u00edm.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e konven\u010dn\u00ed politiky nedok\u00e1zaly toto ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo sn\u00ed\u017eit, na trh vstoupily nov\u00e9 inovace, jako je vaping, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l zachr\u00e1nit miliony \u017eivot\u016f. <strong>D\u00edky spot\u0159ebitelsky p\u0159\u00edv\u011btiv\u00fdm p\u0159edpis\u016fm pro vapov\u00e1n\u00ed, <\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/consumerchoicecenter.org\/from-smoking-to-vaping\/\">19 milion\u016f ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f by mohlo p\u0159ej\u00edt na vapov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/a><\/strong><strong> v Evrop\u011b \u2013 m\u00e9n\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e1 alternativa 95%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>EU ignoruje nov\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Teprve minul\u00fd t\u00fdden, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/nicotine-vaping-in-england-2022-evidence-update\/nicotine-vaping-in-england-2022-evidence-update-summary\"><strong>nov\u00e9 d\u016fkazy<\/strong> recenze<\/a> z anglick\u00e9ho \u00da\u0159adu pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a nerovnosti (n\u00e1stupce Public Health England) dosp\u011bl k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee <strong>\u201cVapov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje jen mal\u00fd zlomek rizik kou\u0159en\u00ed\u201d <\/strong>a \u017ee expozice karcinogen\u016fm, respira\u010dn\u00edm toxin\u016fm a toxin\u016fm souvisej\u00edc\u00edm s kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi je \u201cv\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed\u201d ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s kou\u0159en\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EU a zejm\u00e9na Evropsk\u00e1 komise bohu\u017eel st\u00e1le nepodporuj\u00ed vaping jako metodu sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod, na rozd\u00edl od Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed.<\/strong>. N\u011bkolik politick\u00fdch n\u00e1vrh\u016f, kter\u00e9 se objevuj\u00ed v Bruselu, by m\u011blo \u0161kodliv\u00e9 dopady na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed a ignoruje v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy a zku\u0161enosti spot\u0159ebitel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edchut\u011b vapingu jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/ntr\/article\/22\/10\/1831\/5843872?login=false\">dv\u011b t\u0159etiny vaper\u016f<\/a><\/strong><strong> pou\u017e\u00edvejte netab\u00e1kov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edchut\u011b k odvyk\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong> a jsou <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/32501490\/\">O 230 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee skon\u010d\u00ed<\/a> t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem. Litva, Estonsko, D\u00e1nsko, Ma\u010farsko a n\u011bkter\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed zem\u011b ji\u017e zak\u00e1zaly ochucen\u00e9 tekutiny.
