Zpr\u00e1va nazna\u010duje, \u017ee vznik a popularizace elektronick\u00fdch syst\u00e9m\u016f dod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nikotinu (ENDS) je na vin\u011b za to, \u017ee \u201ekontrola tab\u00e1ku z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 prioritou a v\u00fdzvou\u201c. Jak dokazuj\u00ed sv\u011bdectv\u00ed b\u00fdval\u00fdch kou\u0159\u00edc\u00edch vaper\u016f z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta, tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, nikoli d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d je kou\u0159en\u00ed nad\u00e1le probl\u00e9mem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WHO d\u00e1le manipuluje t\u00edm, \u017ee napad\u00e1 diskurz obh\u00e1jc\u016f vapingu tvrzen\u00edm, \u017ee \u201e<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">term\u00edny jako sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 \u00fajma nebo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 riziko maj\u00ed tendenci lidi m\u00e1st a poskytuj\u00ed fale\u0161n\u00fd pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed za okolnost\u00ed, kdy neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, kter\u00e9 by prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee konzumace takzvan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f se sn\u00ed\u017eenou \u0161kodlivost\u00ed je pro zdrav\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e1\u201c. \u017d\u00e1dn\u00fd zast\u00e1nce vapingu ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee vaping je zcela bez rizika a \u017ee bychom ho m\u011bli d\u011blat bez ohledu na n\u00e1sledky.
