Drtiv\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina ob\u010dan\u016f EU, kte\u0159\u00ed reagovali na iniciativu Evropsk\u00e9 komise, uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee podporuj\u00ed v\u00fdrobky ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod spojen\u00fdch s tab\u00e1kem.<\/p>\n

\u201cV\u00fdzva Komise k p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u016f\u201d ohledn\u011b legislativn\u00edho r\u00e1mce pro kontrolu tab\u00e1ku se setkala s neb\u00fdvalou m\u00edrou ohlas\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se ve velk\u00e9m po\u010dtu ozvali spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 alternativ k tab\u00e1kov\u00fdm v\u00fdrobk\u016fm \u2013 vapingu, zah\u0159\u00edvan\u00e9ho tab\u00e1ku a peror\u00e1ln\u00edch nikotinov\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dk\u016f.<\/p>\n

Na v\u00fdzvu, kterou Komise zah\u00e1jila v r\u00e1mci prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed toho, jak budou vypadat budouc\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy EU o tab\u00e1ku prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm revize sm\u011brnice o tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, reagovalo v\u00edce ne\u017e 24 000 ob\u010dan\u016f EU.<\/p>\n

Masivn\u00ed z\u00e1jem o tuto problematiku m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapit a m\u016f\u017ee Evropskou komisi odsunout do pozad\u00ed, jeliko\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed ji vn\u00edmaj\u00ed jako d\u0159\u00edve nepodporuj\u00edc\u00ed \u2018sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u010cty\u0159t\u00fddenn\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 konzultace, kter\u00e1 prob\u00edhala od 20. kv\u011btna do 17. \u010dervna, se setkala s jednou z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch reakc\u00ed na konzultaci v historii. V pr\u016fm\u011bru se na v\u00fdzvy t\u00e9to d\u00e9lky p\u0159ihl\u00e1s\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 354 pod\u00e1n\u00ed. V posledn\u00edch letech se podobn\u00fd rozsah odezvy do\u010dkala pouze \u201cv\u00fdzva k p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u016f\u201d pro digit\u00e1ln\u00ed euro pro Evropu, ale i tak nedos\u00e1hla hranice 20 000 pod\u00e1n\u00ed, a to i p\u0159es del\u0161\u00ed dobu (10 t\u00fddn\u016f).<\/p>\n

Z 24 000 pod\u00e1n\u00ed poch\u00e1zelo v\u00edce ne\u017e 901 TP4T od jednotliv\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f EU, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry je tato ot\u00e1zka pro \u0161irokou evropskou ve\u0159ejnost prioritou. Mnoho pod\u00e1n\u00ed poch\u00e1zelo od ob\u010dan\u016f z N\u011bmecka, It\u00e1lie a Rumunska.<\/p>\n
