Ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed klesla m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed od roku 2013 (kdy se vapov\u00e1n\u00ed stalo popul\u00e1rn\u00edm) o 251 TP4T. Naproti tomu v Austr\u00e1lii, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 jedny z nejp\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f pro vapov\u00e1n\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b, klesla m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed pouze o 81 TP4T.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00edky otev\u0159enosti v\u016f\u010di snusu, form\u011b bezd\u00fdmn\u00e9ho tab\u00e1ku, hl\u00e1s\u00ed \u0160v\u00e9dsko nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru kou\u0159en\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch v rozvinut\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, a to pouh\u00fdch 71 TP4T. V\u00fdsledkem je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edra onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch kou\u0159en\u00edm. Norsko zaznamenalo d\u00edky sv\u00e9 otev\u0159enosti v\u016f\u010di snusu podobn\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>WHO mus\u00ed ukon\u010dit v\u00e1lku proti vapingu a dal\u0161\u00edm inovativn\u00edm n\u00e1stroj\u016fm pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod. Doporu\u010den\u00ed na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed, z\u00e1kaz p\u0159\u00edchut\u00ed nebo \u00fapln\u00fd z\u00e1kaz mus\u00ed b\u00fdt sta\u017eena.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 a organizace v oblasti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch tab\u00e1kem mus\u00ed b\u00fdt sly\u0161eny<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech WHO odm\u00edtla \u00fa\u010dast spot\u0159ebitel\u016f a odborn\u00edk\u016f na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod na sv\u00e9m rozhodovac\u00edm procesu. Stala se ostrovem sama pro sebe, ozv\u011bnou stejn\u00fdch skupin pro kontrolu tab\u00e1ku, jejich\u017e pohled na sv\u011bt utkv\u011bl nejm\u00e9n\u011b 30 let zp\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9dia a ve\u0159ejnost maj\u00ed zak\u00e1z\u00e1no sledovat nebo se \u00fa\u010dastnit jedn\u00e1n\u00ed COP. Ignorov\u00e1n\u00ed hlas\u016f, zku\u0161enost\u00ed a rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch znalost\u00ed odborn\u00edk\u016f na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kod a spot\u0159ebitel\u016f \u0161kod\u00ed dan\u00e9 v\u011bci. Je to v rozporu s transparentnost\u00ed a \u0159\u00e1dnou spr\u00e1vou v\u011bc\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch.<\/p>\n<p>\u017d\u00e1d\u00e1me WHO, aby ukon\u010dila de facto z\u00e1kaz otev\u0159en\u00e9 debaty b\u011bhem COP a aby z\u0159\u00eddila nov\u00e9 platformy pro dialog s mnoha z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdmi stranami.
