Dne 16. b\u0159ezna uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1te v\u00fdm\u011bnu n\u00e1zor\u016f na evropsk\u00fd pl\u00e1n boje proti rakovin\u011b, kter\u00fd p\u0159edlo\u017eila Komise. Jako ministr zdravotnictv\u00ed a v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00fd zast\u00e1nce zdravotn\u00ed politiky nesete neuv\u011b\u0159itelnou odpov\u011bdnost v\u016f\u010di pacient\u016fm s rakovinou a evropsk\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016fm v cel\u00e9 unii. Proto se na v\u00e1s obrac\u00edme p\u0159ed nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm setk\u00e1n\u00edm s Evropskou komis\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Domn\u00edv\u00e1me se, \u017ee tento pl\u00e1n dostate\u010dn\u011b nezohled\u0148uje tab\u00e1k a rakovinu souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s kou\u0159en\u00edm. Pl\u00e1n uzav\u00edr\u00e1 dve\u0159e ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed p\u0159estat u\u017e\u00edvat nov\u00e9 tab\u00e1kov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b vapov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u00edm, \u017ee d\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159ednost abstinenci p\u0159ed sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161kod.<\/p>\n

Pl\u00e1n Komise pro boj s rakovinou navrhuje zdanit vaping stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem jako tab\u00e1k, zak\u00e1zat vaping ve ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch a zach\u00e1zet s vapingov\u00fdmi produkty a jejich p\u0159\u00edchut\u011bmi stejn\u011b jako s tab\u00e1kem. To je zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 politika.<\/p>\n

Studie ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee vape\u0159i maj\u00ed dvakr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee p\u0159estanou kou\u0159it trvale, ne\u017e ti, kte\u0159\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nikotinov\u00e9 n\u00e1plasti nebo \u017ev\u00fdka\u010dky, a existuj\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00e9 d\u016fkazy, \u017ee vape\u0159i jsou vystaveni 0,4% celo\u017eivotn\u00edho rizika rakoviny ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f. Z\u00e1kazem t\u011bchto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pl\u00e1n Komise pro boj s rakovinou ignoruje statis\u00edce vaper\u016f v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b.<\/p>\n

Ve Sv\u011btov\u00e9 alianci vaper\u016f v\u00edme, \u017ee na\u0161ich 13 000 vaper\u016f a 23 partnersk\u00fdch organizac\u00ed m\u00e1 velk\u00e9 obavy z v\u00fdvoje legislativy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se vapingu na evropsk\u00e9 \u00farovni. Pokud bude zachov\u00e1n sou\u010dasn\u00fd sm\u011br Komise t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se vapingov\u00fdch produkt\u016f, povede to ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed m\u00edry kou\u0159en\u00ed a omez\u00ed jak\u00fdkoli pokrok dosa\u017een\u00fd sm\u011brem ke spole\u010dnosti bez rakoviny. Tento pl\u00e1n by m\u011bl tak\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00ed dominov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.
