Deskundigen op het gebied van tabaksschadebeperking (THR) prezen destijds de maatregel en benadrukten dat beleidsmakers door de resolutie te verwerpen het onderscheid tussen vapen en roken hebben bevestigd en de rol van vapen als schadebeperkend instrument erkennen in plaats van het gelijk te stellen aan roken.<\/p>\n<p>Helaas duurde de positieve stemming niet lang, want slechts enkele dagen later was het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/my-europe\/2024\/12\/03\/health-ministers-buck-parliament-to-green-light-stronger-tobacco-restrictions\">aangekondigd<\/a> Dat de EU-ministers van Volksgezondheid de nieuwe aanbevelingen van de EC om de beperkingen op tabak en aerosolproducten aan te scherpen, hebben onderschreven, ondanks het feit dat het Europees Parlement hetzelfde voorstel vorige week heeft verworpen.
