La Su\u00e8de, qui est sur le point de devenir un pays sans tabac et affiche des taux de tabagisme nettement inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de la Pologne, a adopt\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de taxation proportionnel au risque des produits de substitution. Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que les sachets de nicotine sont, en moyenne, tax\u00e9s 30 couronnes (2,65 \u20ac) moins cher que les cigarettes, car ils ne pr\u00e9sentent qu'un risque bien moindre.<\/p>\n

En outre, selon Smoke Free Sweden, rendre les produits de nicotine alternatifs plus abordables est l'un des facteurs de la r\u00e9duction spectaculaire des taux de tabagisme en Su\u00e8de, qui sont pass\u00e9s de 15% \u00e0 5,6% au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Parall\u00e8lement, en Pologne, le taux de tabagisme est de 26%, contre une moyenne europ\u00e9enne de 23%.<\/p>\n

Le mouvement \u00ab Su\u00e8de sans tabac \u00bb exhorte le gouvernement polonais \u00e0 revoir la taxation des produits contenant de la nicotine et \u00e0 adopter une approche qui incitera les fumeurs \u00e0 faire un choix moins risqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n
