Organizace tvrdila, \u017ee tis\u00edce spot\u0159ebitelsk\u00fdch pod\u00e1n\u00ed v r\u00e1mci konzultace EU o dani z tab\u00e1ku nebyly prav\u00e9, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e koordinovan\u00e9, \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslem nebo zcela fale\u0161n\u00e9. To, co n\u00e1sledovalo, nebyl jen spor o jednu konzultaci. Odhalilo to hlub\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zku: kdo rozhoduje o tom, kter\u00e9 hlasy maj\u00ed ve ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 politice v\u00e1hu?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u0159\u00edpad Impact Unfiltered je pohledem na to, jak moc, pen\u00edze a mor\u00e1ln\u00ed autorita st\u00e1le v\u00edce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed to, co je sly\u0161et, a co je ti\u0161e odm\u00edt\u00e1no.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pak se objevila nezn\u00e1m\u00e1 nevl\u00e1dn\u00ed organizace, kter\u00e1 tvrdila, \u017ee reakce, kter\u00e9 rezonovaly s politikou THR, byly \u201cfale\u0161n\u00e9\u201d, \u201ckoordinovan\u00e9\u201d nebo spojen\u00e9 s pr\u016fmyslem. Nebyly p\u0159edlo\u017eeny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy. Nebyla sd\u00edlena \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 transparentn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria. Obvin\u011bn\u00ed v\u0161ak p\u0159etrv\u00e1valo.<\/span><\/p>\n

To by m\u011blo znepokojovat ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo st\u00e1le v\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee demokratick\u00e1 spr\u00e1va v\u011bc\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch z\u00e1vis\u00ed na \u00fa\u010dasti. Jakmile se ve\u0159ejn\u00fd vstup pova\u017euje za platn\u00fd pouze tehdy, je-li v souladu s preferovan\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky, konzultace p\u0159est\u00e1vaj\u00ed b\u00fdt demokratick\u00fdmi n\u00e1stroji a st\u00e1vaj\u00ed se mechanismy vylou\u010den\u00ed. Postoje zalo\u017een\u00e9 na tomto sv\u011bton\u00e1zoru jsou automaticky obda\u0159eny mor\u00e1ln\u00ed legitimitou, zat\u00edmco opa\u010dn\u00e9 perspektivy, zejm\u00e9na perspektivy spot\u0159ebitel\u016f a oby\u010dejn\u00fdch lid\u00ed, jejich\u017e \u017eivoty se d\u00edky technologi\u00edm zlep\u0161ily, se setk\u00e1vaj\u00ed se skepticismem je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed jak\u00fdmkoli v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zv\u00e1\u017een\u00edm. Mlad\u00ed profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 jsou rekrutov\u00e1ni do prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde je pr\u00e1ce na politice koncipov\u00e1na sp\u00ed\u0161e jako mor\u00e1ln\u00ed boj ne\u017e jako proces vyva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1jm\u016f a hodnocen\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n
